I bought him into a sit, heard his side of the story, bought you to clear things out. Your behavior from the very start of the sit was awful. I only brought you to talk things out and such to start with. You didn’t respond to that well at all. I told you to stay clear of him and to not be a dick, you respond to that by raiding him 30 secs later even though you knew he didn’t have entities. Did you report him ? Did you mention the ARDM ? No not at all. What PhatBoy meant with the « I can’t even base » was that he couldn’t have any entities, that was cleared our after you guys had that conversation. 
The « i can’t be banned for raiding » thing and me asking if you thought I was an idiot was regarding the fact that you told me you only did it for entities when you clearly knew he had no entities in his base. 
You weren’t being verbally abused. I’m sorry that he said « This is racism » when he meant discrimination, and that you called him a fucking retard, I’m sorry that I got you for toxicity after you responded to everything I said with either threats, foul language, or just good old shitty behavior. 
And yes I was biased towards the player who was calm, respectful ( until you got into his head ) and the victim in the story who wanted to make things right by having a conversation compared to the player who was disrespectful, foul mouthed, angry from the start, who didn’t comply or calm down and who threatened me, and was antagonizing the other player. You took what was just a simple sit to clear the air extremely personally, started getting very angry and toxic, and instead of reflecting on yourself and just letting it go, you decided to be as big of a dick as possible. Leading to the second sir and later on your ban, which was discussed with another staff member, who said that a 3-5 ban was valid. Hence why I banned you. The sits were ended up other Big Ass taking over and giving his input which lead to the decision. 
im tired of this bullshit. I’ll let higher ups make the decision that they seem is fit.

I would accept a reduction of 1 day. Time was based on Big Asses input, and mine. And I can agree that 2 days might suit better than 3. Since it was for general toxicity and non compliance, not ( mainly ) for player targeting, even though it was involved. But that will depend on other staff members decision, or a high ranking staff as our view points conflict with each other.

neutral for ban reduction, The way you start this thread off is absolutely terrible, but after reading the comments you do seem to regain your composure, but for this to turn into a +1 I do wish to see the video and how you reacted in the sit, cause taking your anger out on anyone on a sit, does not give a good impression of whoever is handling that sit.

And again my "shitty behavior" you might think was un-called for, but being called a racist, and taunted upset me. *INPUT*

And again I HAD ALREADY LET IT GO, but the fact that i was brought into a sit for saying "get rich" and being told that im toxic, made me mad. And when it comes to being respectful, this isn't to be rude just my view on respect, but you hadn't done anything to gain my respect, just because you're a staff member doesn't command respect, I respect a lot of staff members that i know on the server, yet when a staff member (In my opinion) doesn't do his job properly and ignores the rules of being a staff member IE (DO NOT ban/kick people for RP reasons. Ex) Billy Bob raided Sugar's house and Sugar got angry and banned him for 2 hours for some bullshit reason) because this the situations outside of the sit that i had with Phatboy was RP *input*.   Leading to the second sir and later on your ban, which was discussed with another staff member, who said that a 3-5 ban was valid. Hence why I banned you. The sits were ended up other Big Ass taking over and giving his input which lead to the decision. *Input* This part is kind of shaky, I asked for another staff member to be present during the sit and I received another staff member (thank you for that) but all Big Ass did was listen to 3 sides of the story and didn't ask any questions, you two discussed more about it in the admin chat than in the sit with us. *Input*

1. You didn’t tell me why you wanted to be returned, and I said we had to deal with something. A complaint of another player on you who deemed it to be toxic and harassment, of course I wanted to sort shot out. You still think me taking the sits is wrong and that is godamn hilarious 
 

2. Nope, you said, and I quote « Being a dickhead isn’t against the rules » I know you checked the motd since you did !motd. There’s a few rules in there breaking what you said apart, and I expected you, as an ex staff and veteran player to know at least some of the simple rules in the motd. 
 

3. You knew. Before the sit you went in the base and saw their were no entities. I bring PhatBoy in the sit, you know he gets called, after the sit you raid him again, telling me it was for entities. It’s pure logic. You knew their was nothing. Your intention to raid wasn’t for the entities.

4. DO be respectful. DO listen to staff. even if something isn’t explicitly explained in the MOTD, does not mean it’s okay. DO NOT be a dick, we are all here to have fun and play the game. DO NOT be racist or offensive to other players/staff. Also, for reports and appeals you normally need any ounce of evidence. Just saying. 
 

5. « I hadn’t talked bad to the guy before he called me racist » First of all, he sais « It’s racism » some say there’s a difference between calling someone racist and saying it’s racism ( I don’t but some do ) And of course you’re not going to say you were antagonizing him, but trust me, you were. Please read my reasons for banning you, viewable in my first response. Valid reason to ban you. Confirmed by other staff members, including admins whom I called Incase I had made a mistake.

I'd be fine with a reduction to 2 days but your replies in both the report and this appeal show how much you intend to follow the rules upon your return. As such, I see no reason to allow you back any sooner.
