He never damaged me however I did kill him. My counter argument is that earlier the same day I was put into another sit that USN filed where I lock picked the front door of the PD, then adverted PD Raid which was technically too late. (Image 1). I admit I did not do that correctly and am wrong to do it in that order. After doing so, I never actually raided the PD as I quickly found out the mayor's grace period was not over, so I did not continue with the raid. Kilo was nice enough to only verbal warn me for that mistake (Image 2). However as seen in Image 3 line 12:46:44, USN pressed Kilo to give an official warning. I would also like to make light that USN was only a Citizen when he filed the sit and was not a CP. Fast forward to the RDM sit with Fuel and USN, USN again presses the moderator, this time Fuel, into giving me an official warning (Image 4 line 15:56:39). Not only does he pressure Fuel it almost seems like he's trying to tell Fuel how to do his job as a moderator. This feels to me like USN was borderline rule sharking and targeting me. I would like to also mention that this was also the first time I RDM'd USN and never RDM'd him again; if he were to simply PM me after I RDM'd him (Like the server suggest after being RDM'd), the sit involving RDM would have never happened as I would have no intention of continuing to RDM him, not saying I had an intention anyways. 5th image is a conversation I had with USN shortly after the RDM sit. Unless you can prove that you didn't RDM Peepoo then the warn will stay.
