Why were you warned/banned?: I was banned by console for hitting 15 warns after i was warned by Buckweed for Rdm.

 

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I would say 90% of my other warns are from back in april 2017 when i first started on this server. I was a usual player before going inactive in September 2017. I just started playing again in March of this year and i think the warn that got me banned was my 2nd warn since i became active again on this server. Im not sure if thats a valid reason to be unbanned. Im basically making the case that im not a problematic player that has recently accumulated 15 warns since ive started playing on the server. I role play like everyone else.

As far as the reason i was **warned**: I sniped a player who had been repeatedly breaking nlr after me and some cp killed him each time he came to the pd and damaged people with the bombs and landmines he'd place inside as demolitionist. I tried to explain to the moderator who brought me that he was not a serious player who intended to role play and was just a minge. I was told the proper thing to do was to make a sit instead of taking matters into my own hands. Im aware thats the right thing to do but the past 2 hours i had been on the server there was no staff member on so i was unware that buckweed had joined the server and i did not bother making a sit. buckweed had gotten on so recently that he said he couldnt even see far back enough into the damage logs because he'd just joined.

 

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Console banned me for 1 week.

 

Evidence: Im don't have much evidence other than being on the forum list of people who have been banned and the history of warns tied to my steam ID. I would paste my previous warns and the dates but i cant get into the server to do that. Buckweed is the moderator who gave me the warn so he could come and respond to my appeal.

Again. If you don't have any proof we will NOT remove the warn. As stated in previous appeals warns from the past will NOT be removed unless you can provide evidence of them being false warns.

 

Please do not appeal again unless you can provide us with proof of the most recent warn being invalid.
