Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : JungleChicken, the trial moderator who warned me, didn't believe my story for why I arrested another player for murder. There was a miss communication/understanding of what happened. An alien, who kissed the player I arrested, killed him after the kiss, which is totally allowed and understandable. The problem, however, was that I did not see the Alien kiss the player I arrested. So the situation appeared to me the player I arrested killed an AFK Alien. Obviously had I seen the kiss I would have not arrested the player, but I do not think I deserve a warn for RDA. A verbal would have been more appropriate in my eyes. Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Just one warn. Evidence: The following video shows why I arrested this player and part of the sit following it. The video begins immediately after I SWEP fly around the corner and type in /advert to become Mayor. There was a pause in the sit because I was AFK. That's where the recording begins. I cut out parts of the sit at the end, if you want me to upload those parts I can. As shown in the video, I apologized for being wrong. I mistook you for someone else at first, but then I checked logs. Regardless, my point still stands. I am not sure if you watched the video or not, but through my eyes it appeared the Alien was AFK and that the player I arrested randomly shot him in the back, which is why I did not ask. I also disagree with your opinion that 'accidental RDA' should be punished the same as a legit RDA. Making the two equal in punishment is quite the leap in logic.
