Why are you reporting said player? A sit was called on me because I had nazi flags up in the Fountain. I took them down because they didnt follow the rules of building in fountain. Which is fine he was just doing his job. However he was claiming that the flags themselves were against the rules. When I had Pm'ed him asking where in the !motd it says they arent allowed. He began to be extremely rude and avoid the question entirely. Claiming I had put a hit on him when I never did, and he knows he has logs. He can check that shit whenever he wants. I personally believe no staff should treat their players like this, especially when they are asking a simple question. On another sidenote, He was noclipping in mainland which is a big no no. Another thing I might add, while he was a mod. I've heard that he was constantly adverting things in swedish. and people kept asking him to stop and he kept going. Im not sure if this is true or not, Im just now hearing about this. But I might add it in the report just in case.

I've been on LOA for a bit so my mod tag is gone but I'm still on the team. 

 

We literally had a shitfest last night about how nazi flags and swastikas are allowed. They fall under our rules regarding freedom of speech. While, like you said, he was justified in removing them from fountain due to fountain building rules, saying they're flat out not allowed is false. Additionally, his pms with you about the situation are completely out of line, and staff should not be conducting themselves in this manner. I'll forward this to the proper channels, as of right now I'm +1 for any punishments that come of it

+1 i've seen people bother you about the flags but having a moderator who knows the rules and knows how logs work be so unproffesional both in sit and out (pm's) is terrible. He should be punished.

 

Also he was speaking in russian or whatever in ooc. People can attest to this, and others also told him to stop breaking rule 4.

This was already dealt with via a report through Discord. Staff has been reprimanded, and if this behavior proceeds, further action will be taken. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I don't have an issue with anything that was said up until the point there he says "go cry somewhere else", that is not an appropriate way for a staff member to speak to a player.

I've already asked the Admins to confront Froggle directly regarding this and it will be addressed. On the other hand, Froggle is one of our younger staff members and likely needs a little

extra coaching on how to properly lead the community is all, I will work with the admins to make sure he gets the training he needs.

 

As for the no-clipping in mainland, unfortunately there is no context to the image. We don't know if this was a sit or not; staff are permitted to use noclip if they are involved in a sit.

Judging by just this screenshot I cannot determine what was going on at the time. No clipping around for no reason would obviously be an issue but this screenshot really doesn't paint the whole picture like a video would. 

 

For current and new staff: the best response when someone PMs you regarding the outcome of a sit is to simply ask them to take it up on the forums if they have an issue. The absolute worst thing you can do is argue back and forth in PMs.

You would be better off ignoring the PMs if you cannot communicate without getting angry or upset. 

 

I'm going to leave this report open in case you have anymore evidence related to the no-clipping and so Froggle can respond as well.

My bad here, I was told by the other staff that nazi symbols weren't allowed, and I just kind of went wit hit.

 

As for the noclipping outside of sitland, there was a case of propblock, someone was blocking a build, and the prop was too high up for me to see ownership without noclip.
