Why were you warned/banned?: I was warned for FailRP

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : well LeGerbs, A Friendly Canadian, Big Bookies, Warren, LilCheezeIt, V3rgE, and I, were basing in lower sewers and we were currently getting raided by someone, and while I thought the door wasn't even open, I decided to nervously paste the dupe, only realizing i fucked up when it turns out they have xray vision and saw the dupe appear, and I was breaking breaking FailRP. As per their reauest, I deleted the dupe and we got fucked hard. At that moment im feeling like shit, defeated, thinking that I did place the supe, but didn't. At this point my whole party rightfully hates me for being a dumbass, and we disbanded all because of my mistake. I got brought into a sit by A Friendly Canadian, amd I was warned for FailRP. Now mind you, earlier today I recieved I think 2 warnings for FailRP, but those were justified. I had repasted the dupe in those. However for this one, I really think that although I messed up, I think it is not worth a warn. I really messed up, I understand. And I promise to be more careful. Honestly I thought it would only count as FailRP if they broke into the base, started raiding, looked away and I repasted. I didn't know it counted as failrp to quickly paste dupe after a raid due to a fuck up.

Evidence: You'll scoff at this, but they would've got in, and stole all our loot dupe or no dupe (shit reason i know) I really think it was unnecessary that I was called into a sit after I re deleted the dupe after they asked. They got all our loot, got my party to fucking hate me, and I disapointed everyone. To me this was a learning experience, and I think the fact i'll never base again with these dudes due to embarrasment is punishment enough. I learned my lesson and I would really like if this warn got removed cause I WANT to play on here, and don't want to let my stupidity interfere with that.

It sounds like you did commit FailRP, and seeing as you said you had already received two warns that same day for FailRP, you're lucky that Canadian didn't ban you, as that is probably what I would have done.

 

However, I will leave this up to Canadian to decide if the warn should stay or not, seeing as he's the warning staff member.

me and My friends were raiding you that day,

the first time you got warned was because we blasted your doors open and planted a c4 then you removed your dupe.

the second time we used lockpick on the doors to get the alarm going then blasted the doors then you removed the dupes few seconds after we blasted the door.

 

I don't see how Canadian has the say on weather he should remove the warn or not, we were the effected ones and we were the ones who filed the report.

The only reason I didn't ban you for the 2nd time you pasted the base then undid it is because you did it as a accident and freaked out, I could of easily banned you for breaking rules again. Not to mention it also occurred within a 30 minute of each other but I decided not to ban you and give you a break. You should be grateful you weren't banned since many others would of and some staff that we were basing with wanted you banned. You broke the rules and you received mercy from me, the warn is valid and I'm not removing it.
