After i killed him he asked me if i was retarded, which i don't think is a way of staff to react, I believe he decided to ban me out of spite of me killing and insulting him after he decided to insult me, as no one else had complained before him. He didn't bother investigating any further with the people I had used the suitcase on either. Not something that should've been said, to any player in any situation. Nonetheless, the ban is still deserved in my eyes. I was goofing around with them but like i said i would heal them right after, so they didn't really have an issue with it. Cobaselic walked through with a boombox in that fountain area where i was using my suitcase so i used it on him and he starts chasing me trying to kill me. I can be killed with the model btw but think you need like a shotgun since the hitbox is really small. Saying "Are you retarded?" to a player doesn't give a good image to the staff team. Did you ask every single one of these people if they complained, or did Cobaselic tell you nobody complained? I ask for one or the other because it'd be pretty wacky to pull a statement like that from outta nowhere considering the amount of people effected. Cobaselic didn't bother investigating this and just assumed his situation was just like every other person's in the damage logs. Cobaselic made it seem like i used an sbc cannon in public by the way he handled his sit and ban description. i feel like the ban is a bit harsh on the severity of what i did. Same applies to the briefcase and other slapper reskins, not everyone wants to be launched randomly and then take fall damage too. Doesn't matter if it's your fists, the brick, any other weapon if you attack people randomly it's against the rules. We tend not to punish for stuff when people don't complain about it, but you can still be held accountable for your behaviour even if others don't report it themselves if it's detrimental to the general playerbase. If you're punchspamming for example, and then one person reports it but you've still punched half the server randomly you'll be punished fully for it due to the severity of it. Every situation is different and has a different outcome. guns serve many purposes, defending your base, raids, protecting yourself, killing criminals, while the slappers serve one purpose, and thats to slap ppl. SO look at every time he hits someone with the Suit Case for 5, and you come up with 33 cases of ARDM. thats like saying i walk up to you and shoot you 10 times to rdm you, is that 10 rdms?
