Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : So basically, I was chillin in Vibe Captain's lounge type shit on the roof near their base, and he claims that they had been harrassing him nonstop and asked if I could play earrape or make loud noise next to it just to piss them off once to show them that its not nice to have it happen to them. Since I've known Vibe for a while now, and consider him a good friend I take his word and decide to play earrape next to their base, under a hobo lords couch (which you could still have accessed the boombox from and turned off the tune). While yes, this was retarded of me as playing earrape is not allowed anymore, I didnt see it as a big issue as it wasnt right up in their face and I couldn't hear it that much so i didn't think it was loud. Yes, I know, it's still boombox minging, however once I saw Dr Ronsan go outside to ask the Hobo Lord to get rid of HIS boombox (which he had mistaken as it was mine) I realised that i probably should stop. The song either ends or it got blown up idk it wasnt that long after ronsan had checked out the boombox and I decided not to play earrape again. Considering the ban is about the boombox side of things, I dont feel its necessary to bring up the shooting ontop of the roof shit. The only other thing I played on my boombox was monkey noises because of how dumb the situation had got. And since someone's going to say something like "So, if you played earrape because vibe told you to, would you mass rdm because he asked" No, of course I wouldn't because I can see that as being a big deal, whereas me playing earrape once doesn't. As for stealing Kamala's name, yeah pretty much a dick move on my end, just honestly me trying to somehow get back at him because of the amount of times he had killed me tbh. Shouldn't have done it and I do realise how bad that could've been considering he did make a application and used the name Kamala as his ingame name. Didn't think he'd care much as I've known him for a while but yeah, dick move by me. Overall, I earraped once and then stopped when asked, I sincerely apologise to Dr Ronsen/Ronsan for the entire thing and I can see how petty it was looking back at it, I do things in the moment without thinking which is how I usually get in trouble, I'm going to try to act more mature from now on and once again, I'm sorry man. I also vividly remember me telling you minging with earrape wasn't allowed 1-2 days ago, why did you still do it? You can ask Vibe Captain aswell, maybe celena too. We were literally up there chilling. I remember spawning drilldos inside the thing aswell for laughs with vibe. I don't know what you mean by me lying, it literally was there before the situation first started. I got hits from party members, on him in particular, a good few times. I also used it to snipe from a few times, as it was a good vantage point. It was set up at least an hour prior to the whole minging session.
