I also apologized to the person in dms who was in question. I think I deserve to have this ban lifted (not the chargeback ban I will be working that out with Rubik). Ive done my time and I miss the community and I have changed alot and hopefully you will see if I get my bans lifted. I don’t know the scale of the chargeback, but at the wrong time of the month chargebacks can ruin someone’s financial soundness, or the servers for that matter. It’s extremely immature, and although TitsRP is one of the bigger servers on this game, it can still do unforeseen damage. I want you to work out the first part of your issue with Rubik before I even see a ban appeal here. You committed two of the more serious crimes on the server. Apologizing doesn't make everything magically okay, even if the offended party says they've moved on. You fucked up big time, lied about assisting in it to me, doc, plutori, and rubik, and then were caught when we concluded our investigation. Maybe it was all a one off thing, maybe not. I'm not willing to take the risk. Frankly, you've lost the respect I once had for you, and you've no reason to come back. I was told to make an appeal. I think its also a good idea to appeal this one first. Also after seeing this evidence please judge my appeal on the appeal not the chrageback I am working on it with Rubik when this is appealed. I attempted appealing the chargeback first and he suggested to do this first. I apologised to the victim the staff team and to the server, waited my time, and i changed before I came back, and all yall can do is worry about is what i did wrong, ive tried to make up for them. But you all ignore all of that and are worried about money thats all this is about. I feel terrible about what I did with the pictures I received and did. A friend of mine was cool and asked for the picture. So i sent them sure it wasnt the right thing to do but at the time I trusted them and didnt think too much of it. Ive changed in knowing who to trust and not to. Ive attempted to make things right and I do feel guilty about the chargeback. I made amends with the person who I leaked photos of. Either way im a dedicated member of the community and server it for 2 years. I have over 1600 sits within 1 month of staffing and 1500 hours. I dont know how you guys sit there and -1. Im showing im sorry and im making an effort if i wasnt sorry I wouldnt have appealed apologized to everyone and offered to pay double the money.
