I'm not sure if that is quite the whole part of harassment, you were constantly around my clinic and causing many issues as you can see. You didn't literally walk up to me and call me names which is true. That doesn't mean that you weren't harassing me. You were actively around my base and trying to interact with me and get my attention, and I played your games of you constantly building in front and on top of me. So if none of the things you did were considered targeting/harassing then I'm not sure what you're defense here is. You are just constantly saying that you didn't harass me because you didn't call me names. I'm waiting for Harley to give the complete story, as he was the one who dealt with you most. The ban was for continued harassment and failure to listen to staff; the boombox minging was just the straw that broke the camel's back. I talked to Ronson, I believe the second time he called a sit over it and I asked you to cut it out. fortunately you did so I didn't talk about it again until one of my peers noticed you doing it again and so here we are now. I give a -1 for an appeal as you clearly intended to harass him and continued to do it after being told to stop. I personally don't like harassment on our great server and I hope the sentence will teach you our stand on such a crime. I never once tried to stop you from playing earrape on the street, I clearly explained not to bring your boombox around his base or on his walls. You refused to listen. I just don't really get the point of this, you know you're wrong here man. And you know that you have the footage, yet you haven't posted it. If you're innocent in all this, then prove it. Like I said earlier, if I would have been on at the time, I would have banned you for Harassment. The incident that we had was at like 12p.m. today, and you continued to do that shit all day, as soon as I logged off I presume. You're wrong in this situation man. I'd be happy with the 12 hours you received, and try not to let situations like this happen in the future.
