Why I was warned: I was warned because I broke NLR even though he was already dead and came back. The admin/mod said that we were in the wrong and he had the right to come back and kill us. I can explain what happened: Basically Toni was basing in the sewer next to us to basically get back at us for no reason. minutes before this were in there and the sewer monster showed up and the a few other players and I killed it. Then fast foward when I see Toni and the Sewer Monster in his base Ill be honest I killed the sewer monster not really acknowleding that hes not KOS. Then Toni throws gernades at me and dmgs me leading to me killing him. Thats why in the beginning of the clip we were in the sewers. Thats why Toni came back and shot and killed my friends and I. 

 

Why I should be unwarned: Toni even admitted that we should all get punished instead of just him. I dont agree with why its NLR because we never really died in the first place. I even called admin/mod because he did it first mentality. I got in trouble for breaking NLR the first time and now I was like he just did it. Now hes gonna be in trouble but the sit takes a whole different turn my friend goes off on the mod/admin which I dont personally agree with but him and we both walked off with NLR warnings and Toni walked off with nothing. Honestly I think he got off scott free even though he was kinda in the wrong. So thats my reasoning in all of this. IDK if this even matters cause its my first time ever writing in a forum and personally I wouldnt care but in this case I feel like we were seen as the bad guys and Toni was victimized. 

 

Also the reason why I said "he did it first mentality" is because the reason why this started is bc Toni raided us we died I went back and killed him for giggles. Rightfully getting my 1st warn. Thats why when he broke NLR i contacted admin/mod because I knew I was in the wrong the first time and I felt as if he was when this happened.

You admit that you came back and killed him for giggles, and you're aware that you RDMed the Sewer Lord. Looking at it now, he did in-turn break NLR by returning to raid and kill you both, which is still bad.

I'm still -1 for you being unwarned, since you admitted you did break NLR to RDM Toni. However, since Toni also broke NLR to return and raid you both, I believe that he should get his warning for that.

After carefully looking at your post and checking your statements against the evidence you provided, I have decided to give you a -1 for an appeal.

 

I gave you this for the following reasons:

• The video evidence doesn't show toni dying prior to coming back so I can't confirm NLR was broken. If you showed you dying the first and second time then evidence will back up up here.
  
• Just like Purple said, you literally just admitted with:

I really don't think purple said that Toni had the right to NLR and kill y'all, but WhAt Do I kNoW?

Due to lack of banning staff support for this appeal I will be denying it. He mentioned potentionally punishing Toni for his role in this which I will double check with Purple to get his decision on that. As for your warning, I'm afraid it's going to stand.
