For example, "I just posted my app, wish me luck" and stuff along the lines. In my opinion you didn't even reference you had an app just wanted to know some information so I don't really understand why it was denied. Will wait for others staff opinions before I +1 and -1 +1 for reopening app tho Also to answer your question in shoutbox, it can be anywhere from 1 day or up to 2 weeks.
