Why are you reporting said player?

I'm reporting Caw Caw because of how he handled a situation with me and a friend of mine Mav. Mav was mayor, and invited me in to his office ( rp reason was to discuss laws, as he only recently had become mayor and I was acting as a representative of some of the citizens. ) When I entered PD and started walking to his office, I was cuffed, and fined for trespassing. I paid the fine, and told him " I was invited in by the Mayor, I have a meeting with him " as I thought he just didn't realize and thought I was trespassing, where he goes to fine me again, and then cuff me again. Soon after he was fired from being a cop, and brought Mav into a sit, where he not only took his own sit but denied any evidence, and refused to bring me, and then proceeded to give a cpban while failing to acknowledge that he was wrong in any way. Despite the fact that in !motd it says "Past the second PD door is Arrest on Sight unless said otherwise" as of 10/15/2019.

This album on imgur shows a bunch of photos, the first of the CPban Mav received, the second of the logs (containing a few messages) between not only I asking Mav to fire Caw Caw for disobeying and ignoring him, as well as Caw Caw misquoting the motd, and claiming it has to be a law.=

That and, a witness being Mav, Caw Caw, I, and Akumi ( but only for the "second sit" where they recorded)

Between these two photos I can't think of ( at the current time ) of anymore evidence I would need to show. Between his extremely unprofessional approach to the sit, in taking his own sit, and so confident ( for lack of a word that would better represent it) in his memory, to misquote and completely refuse to even check !motd before issuing a punishment despite being told otherwise multiple times.

 

In the video he also threatens with a warn, but lets Mav choose between something relatively harmless, and a warn which I find kinda odd unless I'm misinterpreting how cp ban works. ( He threatened both if mav didn't choose quick enough either? His decisions from the video are confusing me a bit. )

In Akumi's sit, he goes to say that letting people into the office is "favoritism" and that "nobody is allowed to be above the law" even though that's not what it is at all, it's within the law. He gave I and another person permission, completely within the rules and the law.

 

My qualms with this issue do not lie with the punishment, as a 20min cp ban is next to nothing. Mav could go eat dinner and have no issues, however if this was a bigger issue, I personally do not feel comfortable knowing that Caw Caw might be taking a sit with the results of this one, being my first experience with him both in an RP scenario, and one regarding breaking rules. He continued to be wilfully ignorant in all situations, and sadly I wasn't there to not only defend myself, but Mav as I feel I would've been able to articulate it better.

 

I'm not sure what punishment should be issued, however I feel as this should be addressed. If there's any more assistance I can provide I'd be happy to do so, though I'm not sure how to export(or if I can) logs so my help may be limited when I log off, though I'll try to stay on to maintain them for as long as I can tonight.

Sorry you had to deal with an experience like this, this is not how we train out staff to treat players. 

The way Caw Caw handled this sit makes me want to tear my hair out. Condescending and rude, threatening harsher punishment & making up rules as he goes.
