Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I was using the CS:S car prop and driving it around as a meme. Cunt Yeastwood warned because he said it shook his screen when it never shook my screen and didn't disrupt other players' roleplay experience. No player asked me to stop. If someone called a sit or approached me and said "Toni, stop that. It's annoying." I'd stop right away. I was cautious after I hit 33 warns and was about to appeal them but I had no idea that a meme would get me a warning if no one was affected by it. I believe that Cunt Yeastwood was a little too harsh because we've met before and that might have altered the outcome of the sit. Either way, I won't mess with props like that anymore because they alter people's screens in a way that it shouldn't be.

I don't have any other evidence other than my warn list. The only thing I can say about it is that Big Heart, Cobaselic, Big Ass, and some other players were there and didn't complain about anything.

That said, When I returned from a previous sit, and got back to fountain, literally the first thing I get is the 2010 Haitian earthquake from you slamming a car around, which did damage because it wasn't no-collided due to it being paired with another prop. I pulled you to a sit, and explain what you were doing, and how it affects others. When you then got belligerent citing I had a personal vendetta against you, and called for another staff member, I did. Because that's my job. In fact I went above and beyond and called an admin to give insight into the situation, and from both yours and my story, he agreed a warn should be given. Even when the verdict was decided, I gave you ample opportunity to pass off any word or items you wished to to friends or gang members, which you declined to do so. Very rarely do I extend that courtesy to players. In addition to that, you tried to claim ignorance of the rules surrounding it, and that because you'd never propminged, you should be let off the hook. As a player who's been on the server for quite some time, there's literally no reason to be lenient. You, especially as a VIP, should know better. As much as it's dumb to hear said, to an extent, our VIPs and veteran players are looked up to by newer players, and new players will always copy what other players are doing, because they will think it's okay. Had you decided to not be combative, as with every other situation regarding every player, and their sits with me, I would have likely just said to knock it off. Instead you spent time cutting me off, telling me how I was biased, and saying that since others hadn't yet caught on to what you were doing, it was okay. I know for a fact that you know better, and I expect you to be better. I don't moderate off ill will, or seek out for little reasons to fuck with players. There comes points where rules can be relaxed, and there come points when people need to be held accountable for their actions. You were acting combative, and as I was explaining something to the staff member that picked up the sit, you said "let me fucking speak" so while yes, I definitely could have handled it better, I'm not going to let you decide to run my sit at your pace. As far as I can recall, I've had maybe one other sit with you, so deciding I have a personal vendetta with you simply based on the outcome of a prior sit is you making your own narrative. There wasn't any politeness in your sit, you got hostile, talked over me, and then finally asked for another staff member because you felt you don't deserve punishment. You don't unintentionally smash props around without knowledge, anybody who has ever played gmod for more than five minutes can figure out that smashing props makes shakes. As far as the process of actually pulling you into a sit, you caused damage, and essentially bolted away from the incident to go further smash props. so yeah, I wasn't so much focused on talking to you, as much as I was minimizing your impact on the server. I, personally, take the stance of removing the problem from the area, and then determining the course of action. If a player is mass RDMing, I don't wait for all the players around them to be dead because then it will be convenient to talk, I jail them to keep them from further fucking things up for everybody, strip them, and then bring them up to a sit so they dont cause further harm. When all I get is a car induced seizure, and you're moving away from me, I'm just going to pull you to the sit to keep everybody else from having to deal with it. I'm not one to passively moderate and wait for complaints. If I see something wrong, I will act on it. Just because somebody doesn't complain about an action, doesn't make it not against the rules.
