Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : Well, there was a sign saying that anyone obstructing the view of the screen would be kos after 5+ seconds. I saw the sign, RARECANDY was obstructing my view, so, I killed him. The best was that there was an Admin there, Big Heart, who didn't care AT ALL. They allowed it in fact, they were on my side for it. After I killed em, RARECANDY gets mad, I'm not sure why, they were just playing as a citizen, if they had a weapon on them they could of told me, and I would of told em why I killed him, there was no need for a damn sit at all. So I get a warning for RDMing while there was a sign saying people who obstructed the view would be KOS. It was basically just a loitering sign but not exactly one. I was also asked if I had adverted a warning at all. I didn't need to, a loitering sign/kos sign was in effect. Even if a kos sign isn't allowed, a loitering sign is, I see people with them all the time. And he was obstructing my view of my enjoyment. Slick Posted July 8, 2019 Share Posted July 8, 2019 My reasoning behind the warn is that KOS signs are not allowed. Loitering signs are allowed, but I wouldn't really consider that loitering, since it's in a public area (fountain). ajvick0075 Posted July 8, 2019 Share Posted July 8, 2019 My point is someone put that TV there, I'm sure they put it there for a purpose, not for players to just obstruct their view of the TV. I know when I get into a sit I put myself into both players shoes and go from there, I was at the fountain when this person was and they kept having to tell people to move from in front of the TV many many times, yeah they could have warned the person to move but they were under the impression that a loitering sign was okay right there. This player could have easily misunderstood the sign and you could have let him go with a verbal and some information so it doesn't happen again instead of an actual warn. I know we are all different, I'm just giving my side after I poorly worded my last response.
