Why were you warned/banned?:

I was banned for MNLR after I came back to my base multiple times after a guy raided my base (that I was still in the process of building) and refused to leave after he finished, so I tried to remove him myself.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? :

The only reason I kept coming back is bc the guy raided me while I was still building, and had no valuables.  I tried to tell him this, but he would not listen.  It was very obvious that I was still building as soon as he got inside, as there was a very clearly unfinished defense I was currently building.  Additionally, I came back after the guy would not leave even after getting all the way through the base, in order to get him out of there so I could continue building.  He once again, after seeing for himself there was nothing in there, refused to leave, so I had to keep coming back in order to get my base back from this idiot.  I don't consider any of this to actually be breaking NLR, as I was simply trying to stop this guy from raiding a base CLEARLY having no raidables.

Who warned/banned you and for how long?:

     I was banned for a week by Slick ( STEAM_0:1:101510230 )

Evidence:

I didn't take any screenshots at the time bc I didn't think any admin would actually fall for this guy's story.  To any observer, it would be painfully obvious that the base was not complete, and the logs would show no raidables were even spawned in.  Also, idk if the logs will show that he stayed in the base long after he got through, but that's the main reason I kept coming back.  He was staying inside the top room, waiting in a base he had already finished raiding, in order to make it impossible for me to come back.  If any rules have been broken here, they were broken by him.

Also, no, I do not remember his name, but his playermodel at the time was a hobo, so I don't think they can even raid, anyway.  Maybe it was a custom job tho.

Also, no, I didn't LTAP.  I had to get off after that all happened bc my mother needed help preparing for a 4th of July party tomorrow.  Plus, I didn't think there was going to be any issue, as I didn't think I was in the wrong.

My friend I was basing with put one up, but some staff member told him to take it down bc there were plants (unwatered, and not ours) in the backyard.

If you didn't have a building sign up at the time you were raided, it was a valid raid. And the staff member who told you to remove your sign was also correct, since you had raidable entities in your base. I understand your frustrations, but, every rule was enforced to the letter by the staff team in this case. My recommendation to you would have been to turn into the Pig job and eat the plants, so you could have kept your building sign, but, a bit late for that now.

Up to Slick if he wants to show any leniency or whatever, but, based on what you've said this was definitely a punishment in accordance with the rules and punishment guidelines.

Hey, I told you to take down the building sign or destroy the plants in the back, if you didn't know how to destroy the plants you could of asked me how to take out the plants. Also remember that there is a maximum raid time of 10 minutes, you also could of asked the player who was at your base why they were. "I don't consider any of this to actually be breaking NLR, as I was simply trying to stop this guy from raiding a base CLEARLY having no raidables."

With this to you kind of admit you were being raided, and decided to go back. There was many ways to avoid this.

With this, I had tried to search for you, and when I looked, you were no where to be found, So you weren't there to defend yourself, I personally thought that you had done it and then left to leave a punishment, But I had him show me where your base was. (Oddly, right beside his) His Claims were for MNLR and Failbase, When I walked in, I saw a keypad MILES above the stairs that were unreachable, unless there was a way to get there that I didn't notice, I was thinking Failbase, But I will Take responsibility for it. For the MNLR, You were offline, I couldn't check if you actually broke NLR 4 times, but as a person who likes to end problems as soon as possible, it was my mistake and I will own up to it.
