Harassment isn't really valid here because nothing in there was a personal attack and I literally just put the textscreen up and did nothing else. The player I put the sign up uses far more harassment style business strategies such as targetted kidnapping and continued verbal harassment on the mic. Compared to simply stating provable 100% objective fact (Gun is a reskin and 2000% price increased from actual dealer price) if what I did is apparently warnable harassment than he should be warned 3 times a day at this rate. Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Jakey05 issued the warn. Evidence: Screenshot of the textscreen: Literally only contact with the player in this sit, only this textscreen. Was up for a grand total of like 5 minutes before getting removered by an overzealous tmod. Rubik Posted June 4, 2019 Share Posted June 4, 2019 There is no such thing as "reskins of gun dealer guns" aside from Custom Class weapons which cannot be sold at gun stands. These weapons he was selling may have upgraded specs and depending on what rarity they are it's quite possible they are worth much more than 20k - 40k. Did you spawn the textscreen multiple times after being asked to stop? This is absolutely a warnable offense but I'm not sure I would call it harassment unless you refused to stop after asked multiple times. I told him to shut up after he kept saying shit that was spun or not exactly true or calling the textsceen false despite it being factual. Rubik, the guns were CC reskin guns which you can actually get from lootboxes and then resell in a gun shelf. The MN23 for example is just an AS VAL and does the same damage. He was selling this gun for 20x markup, hence the textscreen. I was not warned multiple times and did not put the textscreen up multiple times. I put it up once, it was deleted, and then Jakey pulled me into a sit and warned me. I never screamed "Fuck YOU URBAN" in the sit the only things I said about him were that he used the same tactics or worse more toxic ones to sell his guns and that I shouldn't be punished for putting up a textscreen once that was 100% factual and didn't block his stand. I did call him a hypocrite because he was calling a sit over business tactics and aggressive gun stand marketing/competition despite him using the same tactics, being reported, and getting off with no punishment. silverduck you weren't even a part of the sit nor are you an actual staff? why are you even responding to this thread? After the sit he called on me yesterday failed, he reported me on forums, which was denied and now this! The single act of a text screen is not harassment, but the continued efforts to negatively affect my gameplay is absolutely harassment.
