Why were you warned/banned?: Banned for a week for "Mass RDM"

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I killed a cop who broke NLR 5 times. I got banned for killing him a few times (5 or 6 not too sure tbh) for keep coming back but I don't think that is considered "Mass RDM" I came back recently, so I need a little refreshing on the rules of course, but I don't think my punishment deserved a week ban. A simple warn that he's allowed to break NLR would have been more deserving but i'll let you guys decide for yourselves.

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Week ban and don't exactly remember the user's id

Wait someone banned you for a single guy breaking NLR? Did you say this in the sit? Did he check NLR to see where he died. In what scenario did he break NLR; PD Raid? There is so much left out that I myself and confused of the whole situation. But for now I’m staying neutral.

I was on when this happened and had played with Ida hoe (who seemed cool). I don't remember who banned him, but in the reason they listed "because someone else RDMed doesn't mean you can".

Thank you Urban! It was a cop who just kept coming back to my friends restaurant and kept saying he was the "food inspector" He did this while breaking NLR and I killed him every time he came back (about 5-6 times). I realized during the sit after the mod or admin told me that I can't kill him for breaking NLR and I should have gotten a admin on him instead, and I was being very compliant in the text chat, but I still got a week punishment. I agree now that I shouldn't of killed him and instead got a admin, I however don't believe I should have been punished for "Mass RDM". With the evidence thing, all the evidence is in logs for the sit and the kills... Our sit comprised of only text chat. I should have warned the guy instead of kill him when he broke NLR, that probs would of looked better.

You were shooting the guy repeatedly when you had 0 gang or party affiliation with the base, you weren't doing a PD raid. and half the time you werent even at the base to kill them you were at a different building shooting at them.

 

You dont kill someone if they aint trying to kill you, you were just straight up shooting them the second they walked out of spawn and infront of jakey's shop

 

Edit: Nither of you had affiliation with the base, Jakey was alone and not in a party at the time.

I killed the person within a 2 minute time radius 5 times. He kept coming back annoying us about health inspection and so I killed him. He even was making the health inspection joke in the sit if you look back at logs. He was just being a minge, as he was also in the sit. You even got mad at him for making jokes about you being a trap... I was shooting him when he came out of spawn, I shot him when he went up to jakey's shop. He later changed the story to me doing it the second he was out of spawn which was a lie. I'm so confused, so your saying I killed him once he left spawn and then you say I killed him at Jakey's base, and then you say I killed him at a different base. Which one was?

 

Edit: I'm confused, you had no idea what the situation was in the sit. Now your saying I was in a different building, and I was spawn camping him. I killed him for coming back to Jakey's shop, and breaking NLR. I didn't deserve a week ban, and I was killing him the second he left spawn...

A. That doesn't make your story any better.

B. Still no affliation means you were just killing them because you got annoyed and didn't use the warning system like a good boy

C. His base was literally just out of the spawn tunnel and maybe a 2 seconds out of the tunnel to the fountain

D. The Trap Comment wasn't nessesary to the sit and not nessesary to this appeal.

 

Unless other staff feel this is still not a justified ban, Im not going to unban you.

Okay, so NLR is okay in your eyes, I know that now. Before our sit I didn't realize It was okay, but I guess letting him off on it is okay. Killing him a few times though shouldn't be considered Mass RDM, you could have just told me that he's allowed to break NLR instead of giving me such a harse punishment. I know you're being to stubborn to admit that maybe the punishment was a little bit too severe, so I'll just have to hope another staff member see's that what I did, wasn't as bad as "Mass RDM".

P.S. His base was next to fountain, I didn't kil him when he left spawn, only when he went back to the base doors. Don't lie and say I did it right outside spawn when you weren't even there to witness it.

P.S.S So if I had the same job or was in the same gang as Jakey, i'd be able to kill him? If I had more affiliation it would of been alright? I'm confused when you say that I needed to have an affiliation.

 

Edit: I've played on this server for almost 4 years now. I don't think I've ever heard of someone being banned for a week for killing someone who broke NLR 5 times within 1 minute. Even if you don't take away the ban, shorten the sentence because I did not "Mass RDM"
