I only broke nlr once and I did not own a single fading door or keypad so there was no way I could of fading door abused. As far as the harassment goes, yes i was toxic towards Damnedone yet most of the times he brought it on himself, as he would follow me around and constantly raid me to the point where he would wait every 20 minutes to raid. In the video it seems like you came around the base several times. Going in, and out of the raid area to minge with him and then do the toxic things which you yourself claim you did. I'll wait for Brule's reply however since this was his ban and leave the final decision up to him, but for me it is a -1 +1 for reduction For the fact of it not being MassNLR and that harassment was an issue. If the base was his, that means you couldn't have used the fading doors without keypads anyway.The video basically highlights "McBones" and not you, I don't see why you were banned for the same offenses as him when you did not commit nearly as many.You do seem to be honest about minor harassment, and honesty is gold. If it's minor, then I believe you should have gotten a warn at most. After reviewing the video and reading over your appeal, I have concluded that I am currently +1ing for unban/ban reduction. 9M133 Kornet ATGM Posted May 1, 2019 Share Posted May 1, 2019 Due to how I couldn't watch the video my judgment was hindered and I am sorry I was just going off of logs and what damned was telling me, I was clearly wrong in banning you for FDA and MNLR but you still broke NLR, harassed damned, and you were extremely disruptive during the sit I don't believe the ban should be lifted entirely but I will have it reworded and shortened to 3 days.
