Nerf Batman or Add a talisman to stop from getting tied up

I personally fucking hate it with a passion when I'm raiding a base and batman comes up and instantly zip ties me with warning whatsoever, here's my proposals:

 

Make batman have a delay when zip tying.

Kind of like how when you are not in a gang you gotta wait for the bar to get full to cuff them as a cp.

OR

 

Add a talisman to counter Batman's insta zip tie.

This would be the more preferable option to implement into the server in my opinion.

 

Do with this what you will, just thought I'd share my opinion on batman and how he could be fixed.

Batman can't defend himself with guns and spawns without armor, he should be buffed if anything
