To give context, I had joined the server today with my friend, and I will admit that my friend did MNLR, by constantly going to the PD office, myself going only once, eventually, the mayor at the time created a sit for obvious reasons, and what followed suit was that both my friend and I were brought to the sit. I was given time to defend my case, stating that I had not committed NLR, and after my friend was banned, the mayor said that he had made a mistake, agreeing with what I said and requested that the admin not ban me, as I had not done anything wrong(see screenshot). The moderator did not listen to the mayor, and proceeded to ban me anyways, again, despite the mayor vouching that he had made a mistake of me committing NLR. Lastly, I do not know why I was banned for NITRP. I did not attempt to make the sit experience any less enjoyable and did not attempt to antagonize the staff. Furthermore, I believe that in the one time I had gone to the PD, I did not do anything of minge behavior, heck, I had only stated one sentence in voice chat before being killed. Get Doinked (2) Posted April 28, 2019 Share Posted April 28, 2019 The person you banned here - I checked logs, and you and your friend both went back to the pd, you told me you didn't call pd raid or anything, told me you just wanted "a meeting with the mayor", and when I was getting ready to ban you, the mayor in the second picture said, wait no extend one of their bans to 7 days and reduce the other to no ban. I did go back, however, that was on a PD assist, and I do believe I adverted. Also, I never stated that my friend didnt go back to the PD. Lastly, even had I gone back without PD raid adverting, I would have committed NLR twice, meaning punishment for mass NLR shouldn't have been warranted. He wanted the ban to be on the other person because the other person actually broke a rule. The mayor says he was wrong and asks you not to ban Moist Chicken because he didn't do anything wrong. As for him going to meet the mayor, if he didn't start shooting up the place then I don't see how he would be raiding PD without advert? He claims his forums account wont work, so I am here for him. I will now post a screenshot of his response that was sent to me via discord. Get Doinked (2) Posted April 28, 2019 Share Posted April 28, 2019 I chose to ban the first guy for 6 days, because he NLRED more, but both are new, and the other for 3 days, because he didn't NLR as much, but still >3, so I banned both for MNLR, which is normally a 7 day ban, and to stress again, I'm not going to change my mind, after I am in the process of doing the bans.
