Why were you warned/banned?: Mass RDM, Racism

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I was banned for killing people in a "public place" that was never stated as a public place. The moderator's various quotes as to why I was being banned: "You know what you did wrong miami", "a public place is a place where you provide a service" and my personal favorite "Im done arguing with you miami, !xban" The racism part was because I was almost exclusively killing the people of dark skin color, pigs, and sharks.

Canadian, being banned is not what I'm mad about. Im mad that I was banned for you saying I was in my "public base" when the rules explicitly state otherwise, and I have told you otherwise multiple times. I'm not requesting I be unbanned, but for the ban to be reduced from Mass RDM to minge at the very least. I'm sorry for killing people in my base, and I knew what I was doing, but I refuse to apologize for breaking the rules when I broke none.

Describe your base to me. Did you have any signs? Did you leave the doors wide open? Did you ask people to come inside the base? Did you warn people to leave before killing them?

Your base had a sign saying like Game stop best games inside, with shelves saying Xbox, Ps4, Steam etc. And you just merked them If they came in, you made it look like a store while you just killed them

I have to stand behind Canadians decision here. He said the same thing in your last appeal which was denied but you have not provided any evidence (although I understand this might be difficult) to support your claim that this is not mass rdm. If you have any proof that shows you we’re roleplaying and not just baiting people into your base just to kill them please PM it to me. This could include videos from yourself or a friend of you roleplaying a store and them attempting to raid you, you asking them to leave, etc. 

 

Appeal is denied. Please serve out your ban. In the meantime, think about what is actually considered roleplay and what could be considered mingy & failrp behavior.
