All the times i killed him he hit me first. But other times he challenged me to 6 1v1s. Theres no rule in the motd that if u kill eachother under a 1v1 circumstance its rdm. but even so the evidence for the rdm wasnt really there it was a bunch of pointless screenshots. But the evidence for the toxicity is in the logs. The law i made on him was a joke and it was taken down after 15 seconds of it being up because i knew it was against the rules. In the logs it shows him telling me to 1v1 many times and i accept and i tell him to hit me first so he did and he counted it as rdm. I think that all the kills should be looked into. but if 1v1ing is rdm it shouldve been in the forums. Who warned/banned you and for how long?: I was banned by rubik for 10 days. I do believe the ban was a little too much over time but this was all his decision and we will have to wait and see what he replies. If you have any comments as to how this is not Mass RDM and player toxicity please let me know. Mass RDM - you killed him multiple times with no evidence that he shot you first. If that was the case why didn’t you report him for Mass RDM? Mass anything is 7 days. Player toxicity - personal attacks towards Corp specifically, inciting others to RDM him as revenge for him raiding you. That’s 3 days - 1 week ban. If you’re asking for a mercy reduction in your ban you need to direct that to Corp, I’m only going by the evidence provided and the staff guidelines. And you didnt mention anything about the 1v1 rule but it was in the logs he was challenging me to 1v1 6x. Mass rdm is the intent to mass kill people but i didnt intentionally do it saying oh f it im just gonna mass rdm. rdm is a 24 hour ban and the only time i rdmed him was when i falsley warned him. I know i was toxic i didnt disagree with you. All i was saying is how the fact that i got accused of rdming him 13x but theres no real evidence. We need evidence that you did nothing wrong. You got pissed off at someone and retaliated in RP by killing him, asking others to kill him, and making laws against him. They were all 1v1s??
