(Their name and profile): uwu (STEAM_0:0:182365327) Reasons why you are reporting: I killed 3-4 of my friends [Wrench, Highland C O W, Squank and possibly LucidDreamz] using a shotung, I got instantly Jailed by uwu, then banned for 7 days without a single word coming out uwu's mouth/keyboard 1. uwu didn't take my side of the story, as the guidelines points out that staff MUST listen to both sides before issuing a punishment (something like that). 2. I killed my friends that were okay with me killing them, as we were killing each other 2-5 minutes before uwu appeared. 3. No one reported me, I tried to stop uwu from typing the ban by saying "NONONOONO" "Wait wait wait no" so instantly Banned for killing my friends without a single word said by uwu Evidence:. sadly the console doesn't open unless you're in a game "single player or in a server", I tried to load into a single player but the console was spammed with addon stuff. apparently the first report I made didn't go online, so I put in "for the 2nd time apparently" cause this is the 2nd time I'm making it. Lord Cursed Posted January 11, 2019 Share Posted January 11, 2019 I kinda feel like there is more to this than just that, cause I've done the same thing with other people online and never had this problem, did you hit anyone else by accident, also why didn't you just to go the RDM area? Hmm that does not sound like something she would do. I would like to hear her side of the story . I got some questions first. Did you kill other people on accident while killing your friends? Where you told to stop by a other staff member? If what you are saying is true and she just banned you like that seems a little odd. If you were killing your friends and they were good about it , then its ok. But its weird the decision being a ban. I feel something is missing here... I will need to see what uwu has to say about this. You say no one reported you , thats probably because you didnt affect anyone arround while fighting with your friends i guess. I have let her know of this incident No. No. Wrnech & LucidDreamZ Killed me 5-7 times in total, and the Killing stopped for 3-5 minutes. then I came and Killed all of them [The same people I mentioned] and uwu witnessed it. then the story goes as the report states. Squank came back and said “Bye Jacket” and you proceeded to laugh after i asked you again why you had done that instead of informing me they were your friends. and they didn’t say anything either, so in my eyes it had looked like you had just mass rdmed, i’ll talk to Squank later , and will possibly unban you depending on what they tell me what was actually happening So I had someone PM him ingame , since I can’t get on yet , and Squank informed me that they weren’t killing you back, it was one sided with you continuously RDMing them. Why would you determine a MassRDM based on 1 guy's story? why didn't you ask the other 3 I mentioned? you don't show any consistency with your actions. 4. I'm pretty sure when you jailed me you never used your mic, nor used the chat, before the jail I saw your voice chat but didn't hear you at all. 5. I RDM'ed Wrench multiple times, the rest only killed them once, however Wrench was killing all of us I believe, We were all okay with it, 6. I don't like that, you can't just assume the reasoning without talking to me I was in a voice chat with Doc at the time of when I jailed you and he heard me ask you three or four times as to why you killed them and you didn't tell me "Oh we're just friends messing around" you said "because fuck them" I unbanned you because Squank said he was okay with you killing him, the other 3 aren't on currently but I could of just kept you banned until I got the three others POV from it. but Squank said it was one sided with them and they didn't care, you might of had a RDM battle with other players, but with the other 3 , Squank said it was one sided with them, but they didn't care, which is why I unbanned you. You should of told me you guys were just messing around when I first asked you why you were killing them for sitting there , instead of giving me the "because fuck them" response.
