Why were you banned?: because apparently I was spamming props which I was but in my self-defence the props didn't spawn in so I decided to keep doing it until I at least one prop spawned in then I got into a sit with another person and the mod said stop spamming props then I said why I did it but I just got banned after the mod said ok that's fine then said "ok enjoy your ban" and left with confusion with "Intentional prop spamming"

Why should you be unbanned?: because I guess I really just didn't even have a chance I mean I just wanted to see what the server was like because I believe I was on this server like 2 or 1 years ago when I donated and just wanted to join the server after a while.

Who banned you and for how long? 4 Weeks

Evidence: I mean rubik banned me but no witnesses considering no props spawned in

It is so annoying when someone spams props, we get notifications like this with a very annoying sound every time it pops up. When I asked you to please stop via private message you intentionally did it more which you admitted to me during the sit as well as here. As far as I am concerned you are attempting to crash the server by intentionally spamming props, that's why you were banned. Next time staff asks you politely to stop doing something, you should be nice and stop. By spamming props you are affecting the server for everyone else.

Rubik do you have a pic of you messaging him? Just wish to verify your story and see all forms of context.

Also you could have spoke to him a little more about it, but this much spam looks really bad.

I don't have logs anymore, but if someone can pull server logs I used /admintell. Sidekick you've been a member of this server since 2015, don't act like you don't know how to spawn props. I would expect more respect for your staff team from a veteran player such as yourself, maybe you just had a bad day. I will reduce your ban to 7 days.

wouldve been way easier if rubik actually checked prop logs to see if he was telling the truth. Also the guy had 9 minutes played on the server since whenever the new timer went into effect (over a year ago) its not impossible that the guy just didn't remember and tried to spawn in props to make something.

If you were asked to stop spamming and didn't stop, I don't know what you expected to happen? I can agree that getting spammed because someone is spamming props is very annoying. 4 weeks seems a bit long IMHO but I don't know all of the context. 

 

And Piklas, please refrain from disrespecting staff members in the future.

because I was with some other guy and I said we need cover as a joke with a sarcastic staticy voice and started spamming in the first place until it spawned in like I said yes I was in 2015 I donated I left after a restart and I didn't get my donator rank back but I wasn't mad just kinda disappointed a little bit and to the other question well I didn't know it annoys you and would you think I know it pops up is co-owned servers but we never had systems such as and like just logs and other things that help but that was long time ago. I said before I said it wouldn't spawn in but I'm still waiting on the question of how it was a problem if nothing spawned in the bank.
