I don't believe this was on purpose being that you play here a lot, but this ban appeal isn't really detailed heavily and we are going off of basically just 2 sentences. I will post damage logs shortly. In the meantime I will try to get some witnesses to comment on this. It was Doge the k9’s base. Im not saying Rubik is falsely banning me or anything close to that but I didnt see a Building sign in front of the base so I walked inside of the base with my Grenade out and threw it knowing that i was raiding the base. Soon after I died from a third party or another player in the base (I wasnt paying attention because the raid was over) and was brought to a sit by rubik. without much debate other than Rubik saying I was being banned for two weeks I was banned for Mass RDM, NITRP, and Suicide to avoid RP . Again sorry for the lack of information and im still completely intrested to hear more about this situation. I looked at the logs all the way back to when Midz logged on and I judge his intent based on what i see. There is little discussion to be had when I ask "Do you have any reason for this or any comments to add" and the response is "I didn't suicide to avoid rp", "I didn't suicide to avoid rp" , "I didn't suicide to avoid rp" . I find it very offensive you come on here making claims that you do not know why you were banned because it makes me look like a shitty mod. Why would I ban you if you didn't do anything wrong? Next time a mod asked you "do you have anything comment?" that would be a good time to say "it was a raid".......... After reviewing the logs I see now you did not suicide to avoid RP, so I will be reducing your ban for 3 days for my mistake. I will also be adding 3 days for Revenge RDM.
