Why should you be unbanned?: i did not do it i was following the rules someone was kidnapping and so i stopped them then you attack my party member attacked me (this was over the span of 7 kills) he said that only one of them was a kidnapping and that i had to say in chat or voice that someone was in my party i did not see it in the motd

So Keja and I had a discussion regarding this ban this morning. The following is the evidence provided by Keja;

After Keja looked through the logs, he checked into damage logs of the victims and your party members. These logs confirm that 3/8 of those kills were not RDM.

What I am looking for here, is the reason you killed T1K the five other times. When I asked Keja what your reason was, you replied with "I don't remember those kills". During the sit, Keja was informing you of the following rule, which you could not previously locate;

 

"If you're going to kill someone because they attacked your party / gang member, make sure they know you're together (local chat or voice (not ooc/advert)). Not doing so will cause confusion and most likely result in a sit which no one wants."

 

I think a bit more of the story needs to come out before we proceed. Please take Rubik's advice and take some time on your anecdote. I'd like to see a better structured response, and a more accurate recount of the events leading to these kills.

if he could tell me what happend during the times i killed him that was not rdm i can tell him why i did it and i had a reason ever time i attacked him by following the kidnapping rules 

• Kidnapping / Attempt Kidnapping people makes you KoS as you're a threat to everyone around you
   
  as is says that is why i did not kill him for no reason he was kidnapping or trying to kidnap and that would be when i killed him

the one rule i did not follow was 

• Running up to the player who killed their party / gang member and telling them they are about to die for killing their member
  i did not see it when and that was my bad but i was not lying in the sit i may not have been making sense to him (i am not the best when it comes to explaning)

    - TitsRP MOTDYou being banned is your own fault for not reading the MOTD fully. You also did not provide any evidence and killed T1K five times which is still MRDM even if two of those times were for kidnapping. I suggest you read the rules while you are banned.
