I had reported Lil Moist for breaking NLR. I had killed him for kidnapping someone, and then around a minute later he came back and attempted to kidnap me. I made a report, and Lil Moist claimed it. He said he had a warning for racism, and he'd let himself off with a verbal warning. Before the end of the sit, he bragged about getting $1000 for claiming a report. Basically if you come back and try to do the same thing you were doing that’s a no no (I.e. stealing metal and you get killed and come back and do it) so him coming back and continuing to kidnap does not look good on top of other stuff. Do not return directly to your killer to harass them/kidnap them/fuck with them, that's NLR and I ban players for doing that.If you aren't going to properly punish yourself or actually work it out with the player to explain why you were in the right, do not handle your own sit.You do not gigamute users for micspamming unless it is in a sit or the micspam material is inappropriate (racist).Being unprofessional and disrespectful towards players is very strictly not allowed. We just had a staff meeting about this. I know you weren't there, but you SHOULD know this. Have you read over our guidelines? Sit guidelines? Punishment times? MOTD?
