Why were you banned?: "Intentional RDM x2" 

Why should you be unbanned?: It wasn't intentional RDM at all, they were close to a dangerous RP scenario, so they got hit in the crossfire. I got "kidnapped" (he bludgeoned me and threw me out of the base) so I came in with a timebomb, because I don't want to lose the gunfight (obviously) so i wait till its 2 seconds, and run it into him then run away. Doc and one other happened to be in the same building, surprisingly it killed them as well, and I got instantly jail TP'd by Doc and he says he's going to ban me for mrdm, I tell him what happened (even though he saw it I'm pretty sure) then he says "okay I'll take off the one the other 2 are intentional RDM" I explain to him how it was crossfire but of course he doesn't care, he says "you have how many hours? You should know better" All I'm getting out of this is that you can't use explosives cause if you happen to hit a s-mod, they'll just ban you because they were too close to a dangerous situation.

You threw a time bomb into a public base, therefore killing two people that did nothing to you, and destroying some of the props inside of the base.

Next time, try using a gun.
