Who banned you? Walter the Assaulter Evidence: I was going up the evelvator into industrial from the subway when I saw walter in front of my friend (Jack Johnson) and I's base. At first I watch him to make sure he doesnt go inside, then he starts opening the door and closing it. He opens the door and walks inside against the props in front of it. Right in the doorway. I come up to him and say "Get out ma base! Yeet!" and shoot him dead. While I was shooting him he backed up a few steps onto the sidewalk. I told him this and to check the death locations and he came back and banned me. Here's the screenshot he took of the final death locations. I was outside of it talking to Jack when you walked up and shot me for no reason. You then tried to claim I was inside the base when you killed me and dared me to screen shot the death locations. In addition, I never went inside of your base. Here is a statement from THE PERSON WHO OWNED THE BASE who I was talking to and was watching me the entire time. You lied in the sit and now you are lying in your appeal. I'm not sure what other comments are necessary, but go crazy. Were you in a gang/party with your friend? Was it made clear to Walter that you owned the base? You opened our door and walked inside the doorway, TOUCHING the props in our base. I'm sure if you ask Jack the right questions instead of your non-specific question that can be interpreted differently depending on who you ask. I'm sure what Jack thought you meant was "Did I start walking through the base?". You also wrote in the sit that you were talking to Jack, which, because of the length of the building, you would want to be as close as possible to it in order for him to hear you. It makes sense that you would be in the doorway based on your testimony. How about you ask Jack some questions that might help us more than "Did I walk inside your base?", and take a look at the interior of the base and see how far back jack is behind his defenses, and if he can hear you on the sidewalk behind his farthest blockade. Edit: Walter replied as I was typing, he quick on the trigga I did not own the door or props, but the base owner WAS in my party. I gave walter a verbal warning about two seconds before I killed him, including the fact that he was in my base. So yes, it was made clear to him it was my base. Somehow, according to his reply, he didn't hear it even though I was three feet away from him. Asking another time, Do you have any recording of the scenario? I don't have any proof as of right now, but if Walter listens to my reply and asks Jack about his proximity to the base we will have some soon. Jack could say ANYTHING including "Walter walked inside the base and got killed" and the situation wouldn't change. Anyone can say anything and can lie in doing so. If you don't have SOLID proofs, I can't do anything. I suggest getting a recording software!
