I think two months and if I had this why did he suddenly just banned me now, when I've been in plenty of sits when all staff can see it. Walter the Assaulter Posted June 20, 2018 Share Posted June 20, 2018 I'm going to authorize an unban with no fault to Griffin. The staff have not been properly trained on warn threshold procedures, including myself since this situation hasn't come up a long time and we never established a policy. So I suppose I will do so now. Staff should be checking your warns when you are on the offending side of any sit and keeping watch for any limits you may be hitting. If staff fail to punish you when you hit that threshold or you haven't received any new warnings that would put you beyond the threshold and you still haven't been punished for hitting it, it seems quite unfair to pull you away and ban you for no reason. That is to say, if at 15 warns you had not been punished for it, if you were given another warn to make it 16 it would be more than fair to ban you since you had an extra chance, but banning for a two month old warn in this case would not be appropriate since it would appear that you have learned your lesson/are willing to cooperate with staff orders. It's one of those things that don't come up too often, so any questions regarding this or future situations in relation to warn thresholds can be sent to the administration team on the forums or on Discord. p.s. why did you make this thread in the denied section, did you have that little faith?
