I found a way to duplicate pipe bombs

So, if you have a pipe bomb and use it from your inventory, it gives you the pipe bomb SWEP. It gives you 3 pipe bombs total. If you use 2 of the bombs and /drop the pipe bomb, inventory it, and use it again from inventory, it's back up to 3. It's infinite pipe bombs. I'm not sure how you would fix this, but I haven't seen it abused and I found it out on my own accord, just out of curiosity if it would actually work.
