I was a cop and I was patrolling around the church area, residential or whatever you'd call it. I'm with another cop bud so I was goin around with him. Some random was following us but we disregarded him. We went up the ladder to see Bunzixx and a pickup box. Bunz has it with his grav gun and brings it into the street. I try to cuff bunz but missed because of the server lagging or whatever it is that doesn't let u cuff someone. For whatever reason he kills the random that was following us and I decide to kill him because he's facing me with the weapon and wasn't sure if he was going to try and kill me and my cop friend to secure his loot or what and thought nothing of it because I've been told by other mods previously I'm allowed to do this. A few minutes or so go by and I am teleported to admin land by xBando. We both explain our story and I tell him that other mods have told me that what I did was allowed. Bando says that he agrees with bunz and what I did was wrong. He warns me and returns me after saying (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1388251454) so I go into discord to ask for a higher ups help. Sugar is online and talked so I tell him what happened and asked if what I did was allowed and he says yes (Shown in the attached picture and is inside the titsrp discord general chat). I tell Bando that sugar said I was justified in my actions and to check the discord. He responds and then a little later I pm him again to remove the warn. He went offline even after knowing Sugar agreed with what I did and kept the warn. Evidence: Post videos, screenshots, anything that can help. Numerous screenshots help, a decently lengthed video of the person you're reporting in action helps too. Not only would anyone with a brain cell say the situation as described was okay, I wrote it down months ago for people lacking said brain cell. �Valiancy� Posted May 18, 2018 Share Posted May 18, 2018 I was about to remove this warn when my gmod had crashed when this happened it was about time for me to leave irl to go back to my mom's house so I worte down a reminder to remove it tomorrow when I get on. I will make sure to remove this warn when I get back on tomorrow if it is still there because it is a false warn. The full story that I was told was that Bunzix was running with a pickup box and another player stole it and he then killed the player. Then Isaac came along after seeing this happen and just killed him when Bunzix turned and looked at Isaac with his gun still out. I had deemed it as rdm because I was under the impression that he was supposed to at least attempt to arrest/cuff or wait till Bunzix shot him before he kills him.
