Reasons why you are reporting: Reiko Bear got WAY too short of a ban. So me and Piklas were raiding Reiko Bear and we kill him as well as the rest of the people basing there. He decides to break NLR and came straight back to the base and killed me so he would get his stuff back. I then call a sit and a mod under the name of Umbak Klak decided it was the correct punishment to ban him. However he was SUPER disrespectful to the servers rules and just in general. He said "You have seen me RP on here for awhile now and you know I do what I want". He also said that "You can ban me I don't care because if I don't like you then I'll break the rules". A TON of other stuff was said but too long of a list. Basically he was stating that he will do what he wants when he wants and doesn't care for a ban. At the end when he was banned he said "Okay cy@ I'm just going to go play league.". So he broke nlr because he knew it was worth it because he gets his stuff back and gets to leave it with his friends after a short ban. I have had this happen in the past and I reported it on the forums and he received a longer ban but this one is just even worse..

Evidence: All of my evidence relies on the mod Umbak Klak.

Notes: He was only banned for 4 hours and Umbak Klak said himself that the ban deserves longer.

Yeah basically he said that we was fully aware of what he was doing and did it intentionally and said that thats just how he plys the game, initially i thought it was a 4 day ban but then saw it was a 4 hour ban and talked to umbak about it. Umbak recomended that a forum report is needed.

I tried looking through my console and chat logs and unfortunately it seems it's been too long for me to get any screenshots.

 

The post is correct. When brought, Reiko admitted to the NLR straight away. He then told Jawson to stop being a dick and got pretty angry pretty quickly. Some of this may be paraphrasing and Reiko is more than welcome to correct me, but Reiko said something along the lines of;

"I have my own agenda. If they're being a dick I'm going to break the rules."

I banned him for the NLR and put "You need to take a break" in his ban message because I felt he was very angry and broke the rules in his blind rage.

 

However, thinking on it now, Reiko intentionally broke NLR becasue he was pissed off and this is NOT okay. I believe the ban should be extended to a 2 day, and will be happy to do it myself. He needs to learn he can't do this.

 

I issued the ban swiftly after I saw how angry Reiko was, because I did not want it to spiral and get worse, as Reiko was already beginning to try to argue with them

 

edit: I did not extend the ban myself without a forum post because it would be unfair to not let Reiko defend himself.

I became pissed after i broke nlr as jawson spammed ooc and mocked me. As it is in ooc, others can see it. Second, How can I possible Know you were carrying something from our base as by the time I arrived, all i heard was explosions and u leaving. 0 knowledge of you carrying a pickup box. 3rd I do not know the length of a ban regarding nlr. I expected longer so I replied for umbak that he will see me on league. Jawson, Piklas You can say what you want, but your actions toward new players and such w/e. Bottomline, i dont appreciate you fucking with new players.

U buttbuddies can spin it anyway you want but the fact is. You used your op items to raid new players. Jawson attempted to anger me in ooc as witnessed by all the players on at the time and my gang members. You make up unknown guesswork to strengthen your case (ie: me being angery and breaking nlr). Say what you want but heresa reminder. Just cuz u been here longer doesnt mean what you spout is the truth.

How is this guesswork? You said to our faces you were angry and broke the rules because of it.
