Poopie Thunder
Your Steam Name: Poop Your ingame name: Poop Your Steam Profile/SteamID: STEAM_0:1:433420873 Who are you reporting? (Their name and profile): Alex Burns i couldnt get his steamid because he disconnected Reasons why you are reporting: List your story/anecdote/storypiece here. I was PD raiding and killed Alex Burns then he came back to the PD breaking NLR. Later on I told Alex Burns i am going to report him on the forums THEN I told him "Poop to You: its too bad you warned me" and he automatically assumed I was threatening to report him on the forums if he doesn't remove my warn for FailRP even though I never stated I want my warn removed literally all i said is that it sucks he warned me. I never knew telling a staff member im going to report them is against the rules and he brought me to a sit with 3 staff members all on me even tho i wasnt reported and no rules were broken they warned me for "Slick warned Poop for reason: Attemped Extortion of a Staff Member" Evidence: https://gyazo.com/51fba4aab319f6c390c87dfdff1ea8fe https://gyazo.com/86bc84e9d63d11f4a8a1d1f9c15ead34 sadly my shadowplay was off during the sit
Umbak Klak
I was one of the two moderators that teleported to Alex for this. He asked us to come because it would've been unfair for him to do the sit with just Poop without another mod to watch. After looking at what Poop said, myself, Alex, and Isaac all agreed that Poop was telling Alex he was going to report him on the forums because he warned him. Alex felt as though Poop was threatening him and attempting to extort him. I referred Alex to the harassment punishment guidelines. Alex can remove the warn if he wants to, but you need to understand what you said sounds very bad. "I'm reporting you on the forums for NLR. Sucks you warned me." Definitely sounds like you're telling Alex that you're reporting him because he warned you.
Mr. Peanut Butter
what was the original warn for? and what is that evidence section? it doesn't show anything.
Vaporeonn
First Issue: I personally do not see anything wrong with your warn. You basically blackmailed a staff member into removing your warn, or you'd report them on the forums. That is not okay. You should accept the warn and not waste the staff's time on the forums reading this bullshit thread because you are angry that you got a warn and you think you shouldn't have gotten it. It's simple, own up to your mistakes, learn from your mistakes, and then this shouldn't occur in the future, simple as that. Everyone makes mistakes and there is nothing wrong with owning up to them. Second Issue: Your report sounds like you were breathing very heavily as you were typing this. You didn't even include any evidence of the original warn as Mentor has stated. If you were to offer more evidence of what happened, and explained more about the WHOLE incident, this could go a different direction. I'd explain more about what the original warn was for and tell us more about what happened during the sit and out of it more in depth
Maverick
So reporting someone for something is all of a sudden blackmail? He in no way said he was going to report him if he didn’t remove the warn. He made a comment that was mid-interpreted. Id like Alex’s side.

Slick
So, yes. I did accidentally break NLR, and I'm not afraid to admit it. To be fair though, I thought I remembered seeing you had died in the kill feed, and the mayor was still there in his office. I went to get some ammo from the vault a minute or so after I had returned to the mayor's office, and you had somehow slipped by the mayor and gotten into the vault. That's when I killed you when you started shooting at me, and caught me by surprise. What I am upset about is, is that you made it seem like you were going to report me if I didn't remove your warn. You said something along the lines of "Because you're being such a dick, I'm going to report you on the forums for NLR. It's too bad you warned me." I had two Moderators agree that it sounded a whole lot like attempted extortion (Umbak & GN Issac). Regards, Reese
Umbak Klak
After thinking on this some more I will say I think Poop may have just been upset and not thought about how what he said could've been taken. I have never warned someone for telling me they're going to report me, though I've also never had someone tell me they were going to report me if I didn't remove a punishment. What I really think is that Poop was just upset, knew Alex broke NLR even though it was a mistake and by the way Alex you didn't exactly explain what happened in the sit (Unless you did and I don't remember?), and messaged him that because he was upset for being warned. I think it's worth considering removing since I've never warned or seen others warn for something like this (Extortion) and the fact he wasn't harassing you since he didn't send it multiple times or anything like that. I take responsibility for the fact I was part of the sit and gave the approval that a warn was okay. Though I did not issue the warn, just told alex he could if he felt the need to. Slick
After reading my fellow staff's responses, I think a warn was harsh for the situation, since whether it was a threat or not was very subjective. If I see you at some point, I will remove that warn for "Attempted Extortion." If I don't catch you, hopefully some other staff will remove it.
