You were being very toxic today especially shortly before your ban...I do believe the sit could have lasted longer but otherwise... -1 fur unban.

I don't understand why you blew up his boombox in the first place. Was it because of ear rape? In that case, you did damaged the guy which triggered a PTSD or some sort. You technically randomly damaged another player for no reason whatsoever. 

 

With the time given by Rigbe including yourself, twenty seconds is somewhat not enough time for a user to think (Not all of us are quick thinkers.). Unless you heard both side of the story and come up with a solution, there is no reason to ban Naz. There is no need for a rush during a sit.

Side note: I am pretty sure anyone can plus one or minus one with a reason, such as, proving a point in a ban appeal. Everyone is entitled to their own vote on ban appeals, except moderator applications to where only staff can plus one or minus one. It won't hurt anyone lol. Only Moderators+ gets a final verdict on ban appeals.

Also I watched the sit via spectate (sorry rigbe) but you said "I don't remember killing this guy" so what jogged your memory?

False. Trial Moderators are allowed to +1 or -1 since they are still staff and are entitled to a opinion.

So you blew up his boombox and then killed him at the same time? Clearly that's RDM. To me that sounds like mugging someone just to kill them, no intent to RP at all, just taking advantage if the rules as you see fit..

 

Also don't pull the "sit was only 20 sec0nds bRUv I couldn't do n0thin'" card because none of us ban without having some sort of communication. If you will not respond and you're running around in circles then we move on..

Also to the t-mods, the reason you guys shouldn't +1 or -1 is because you do not have a forum rank and it's difficult to distinguish you from regular players who are not allowed to comment. This is why we see so much discussion on appeals and reports. If I were you I would help out with appeals by contacting the banning staff, etc & wait until you get promoted to comment.

Everybody is allowed to contribute to the discussion if they actually have some form of legitimate contribution and not off-topic.

+1 or -1 means absolutely nothing at all, and is used to sum up the actual content portion of your comment.

You have had something like 6 or 7 ban appeals. I would be worried if people weren't checking in on you.

 

@Rigbe, did you check the damage logs to see if they were trying to kill him at all?

I checked the damage logs from the pickle that allegedly hit him. He did not cause any damage to him either times. Flaming hurt him with the radio explosion apparently. The second time no damage was dealt at all. I asked for an explanation and waited a decent amount of time before banning him.
