Frost (2) Posted March 31, 2018 Share Posted March 31, 2018 Steam Name: Frosty Ingame name: Frostmann Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:64106654 Reason for ban: ''RDM x2'' Why I should be unbanned: It was a wrongfull ban by a trial mod Admin that banned me: Squanch/nekro (STEAM_0:1:41148449) Evidence: He and his friend were blasting ear slap music and the mayor asked me to get rid of them, I asked them to stop but they didnt so I blew them up from the window. Squanch was REALLY salty and didnt give a shit what I had to say. He TPd his friend to us so he can watch and after 5 seconds he banned me just like that. Im honestly getting really tired of these trial mods, this wasn't the 1st time this happened and most of them are extremely immature. There was another trial mod the other day (I cant remember their name) who was using me without my permission so he can test out the Jail and TP feature. No sit = Ban Illegit Also a screenshot of the ban message you get from trying to join the server would be nice. But from what I see this is RDMx2 and should not have been a ban, just a warn. Im not the biggest tech guy and wouldn't even know how to record my game to show proof (I will remember to screenshot my ban next time). Responding to YoooABear: I told them twice to stop and then threw my sticky grenade on the window which blew them up including the radio. Squanch was a Preacher and im sure his job isnt to blast ear slap music next to the PD. I see nothing wrong in what I did, I told them to stop and they ignored me. No I didn't warrant them, I was on the other side of the glass and I dealt with it from within the PD. Squanch is a trial moderator, it says it on the Forums and Im honestly upset that these trial mods have these power trips but are not dealt with. I gave Squanch my respect during the sit but he did not return the courtesy. Responding to Muffin: He brought me to a sit jailed. I was respectful and calm to him the entire time. I told him why I did it and once he brought his friend over I couldn't even have a conversation with the guy because he banned me 5 seconds later. I 100% did tell you guys to stop and I should not have to repeat myself during the sit. I smoked you guys out at 1st so you can leave and you didn't mind and began healing yourself in front of me. Then I used the sticky to blow up the radio. Replying to Griffin: He was not mic spamming, he was blasting really loud music next to the PD windows to annoy us. I didnt attempt to RDM in sit and I never was disrespectful to you in any form. If you strongly felt like I was in the wrong then you should have warned me, not a 3 day ban.
