Reasons why you are reporting: Basically North Bear was using 2 bases for several hours. When I asked him why he was using 2 bases he said he was giving them to his friend which means he was reserving 1 base while also using another for several hours and then when someone asks why he tries to cover it up. I call a sit so we could have a real discussion and also door logs to prove my point but North Bear claims that it was a false sit since he pmed back. I asked him for his own door logs and they show that he bought the doors about 4 hours before even thinking about unowning them (presumably because he had a friend to give it to). Also he is out of spite asks where things are stated to things that not only he should know since he is verbal warning me for a basing rule but also I think its common sense that if someone warns to kill me I can kill them and North bear should know that

Where does it state that I cannot own two properties. I did not intend to put a base there at all. I wanted it to be a public mining area untill you spammed the shit out of me while I was raiding you.

You even went as far as changing your job after being killed in the raid and quickly hopping over to these locations.

 

I gave it to amixon, a gangmember that has been online with me since server restart, to get you to quit bullshitting on me. It wasnt reserved for him at all, he even asked me to get the base at restart and I didnt want to give it out so that I could let it be a public mining area.

But only after breaking rules by using multiple bases, and only 1 day after warningt for basing rules that you should know, I'm guessing I am bullshitting by asking you to follow the rules.

When asked why he was using 2 bases North Bear answered with this: http://prntscr.com/itzbct indicating it was a reserved base for Amixion (for 4 hours) and at that point I call a sit since Sway was on but he was busy, leading to me making a report

 

I don't understand how it is harassment to report a staff member about a rulebreak when it cannot be settled ingame

 

Edit: I also want to add that the door purchse logs show that the 2 bases were bought about 1 minute after each other which in my opinion is just a clear attempt to either 1. reserve bases for hours or b. own multiple bases so no one else can use them.

I made the mining area public so people could access the rocks instead of it being blocked off, it was being used by miners nonstop just not on piklas his small recording.

To make it clear, I have not and still havent reserved the base for anyone. The area is still open and owned by me, amixon had to leave right after he had owned the doors. He can vouch for everything I say.
