I dont see how I am lying, the timeline might be messed up but my screenshot shows me pming piklas and you afterwards using admin chat. I still did the things I am stating. I refused your advise for a reason, not randomly and I think I can refuse someone's advise can I not? I could be stubborn in your pov but not in mine.

 

Also please tell me how I am telling other staff to not use moderation guidelines. I use them every day myself..

Talking over admin chat should be enough. Are you that much of a child that you cannot even talk to someone you don't like without having an adult (in this case a moderator) forcing you to do so?

Refusing advice like "You should bring both people to a sit" is not something you can refuse since it says in the moderator guidelines (which aparently you use every day) "DO listen to both sides of an admin sit and use logs to your advantage"

 

And to repeat again "As a moderator you're teaching the rules" in reference to being asked by me in a /ooc verbal warning.

 

Im done arguing but I am more than happy to answer any questions about the situation that people might have regarding the report.

So I think I'm seeing some bias here. I made a sit with Piklas and verbally warned him. The sit is then done and over. You guys are condoning a punishment without a sit, where they could of A.) Seen both sides B.) Stopped this mess in its tracks. It takes courage to learn from a mistake and apologize. We aren't perfect no matter what. Its a good staff member that realizes a mistake, and mans up, apologizes, and moves on.

I am an untrustworthy staffmember, how? If I chose to not go into a chat with someone that broke a rule for the third time with clear evidence of him being notified about this before it makes me untrustworthy?

Your A and B points do not make sense to me because you havent stopped the "mess" in its path. I was already sure that Piklas was going to make a report because hecc he does it to everyone and most staff is scared to touch him at all.

 

An experienced player so eager to poke a stick at moderators to tell him where he has to find certain data even though he had been following it beforehand but through an added bonus of XP chose to not follow it anymore seems like a good punishable reason to me. I do not feel the need to apologise to a rulebreaker.

Bias? Well there is bias everywhere. You could say basically anything falls under bias. For instance, you are Piklas are in rare:/. Stating evidence due him being a veteran mod? Bias towards veteran mods? Really anything bias.

To be fair Griffin. North Bear already gave him chances to "stop the mess in the tracks" and already heard what he had to say. Piklas shouldn't be basing as a hobo and North did what he had to do.

Just how does my demotion correlate to not listening to both sides in a sit and to not explain why I was verbal warned in the first place?

 

To the staff members that are saying that North Bear didn't do anything wrong since the end result was that a rule was broken that is the most telling thing that you need some QA team. I was not told what rule I was breaking even after asking because aparently "He already knows that", nice reason to not answer a question about rules. I wasn't brought to a sit nor even told about it because he didn't want to listen to my side. Even when approached by a moderator who is, by nature teaching the tmods about the proper way to do things he refused and sent a pm in a half assed way to cover his tracks.

 

The fact that you think its ok to cross the moderator guidelines in such an intentional way because of bias is only telling how little you care about people having fair trials. The end result in the actualt rulebreak was that it was my fault which I say in the OP too but you can't just ignore the multiple infractions of your own guidelines which North Bear himself says he uses every fay. Not to mention the attempt to lie about even informing me about a sit going on.
