Why were you banned?: I allegedly RDMed someone.

Why should you be unbanned?: A hobo was mic spamming on the side of the street. I verbally warned him that I would kill him and then I did. About a minute later, I get pulled into "court" where the hobo that I killed denied that I warned him. No proof was given to show that I did not warn him, therefore I was banned falsely. Also, that was only RDM x1 which I was banned for, and I should have only received a simple warn.

You were banned for it because it was your second RDM in a row, and you were meant to be banned for the Revenge RDM from right before but cold was not paying attention to what I was telling him at first. You're lucky to only be banned for 1 day and not 3.

One reason why there is no proof is you didn't use the "E-Menu" warning system, or you didn't advert warn 3 times. If you did one of those then there would be evidence that you did warn him and validly kill him

Although if you were banned for that one RDM, it is pretty harsh and I would have given a verbal warning since it was a misunderstanding

Extending to what Peanut was saying, you should have been initially banned for revenge rdm in the first sit we had but i had mistakenly let it slide.(If the player killed the person for "Revenge RDM" because they are angry they lost then it should result in a 24 hour - 3 day ban depending on the player's attitude). Secondly you didn't provide clear evidence that you had warned the hobo other then you saying " I warned him through voice chat" which isn't solid evidence to back up that claim. Thirdly Hobos are allowed to mic spam as much as they please, you could of easily walked the other way and avoided any problems from the start.

We log all E menu warns and adverts. You made the choice to give someone a warning outside of what we log.

If you cannot provide proof that you warned someone and we cannot furnish logs of it, I see no argument for an illegitimate ban.

 

If you had no reason to actually want to stop him from micspamming in the first place other than "I wanted to kill him" it was RDM anyways.
