Techno is using a misleading advert and refuses to change it

Reasons why you are reporting: Techno is using a purposfully misleading advert ingame that adverts both assist and pd raid, I have told him many times that it willl cause confusion if he is helping a pd raid or pd raiding himself but he has insisted on that it isn't misleading. Today when I was pd riading he did the advert that is shown and goes straight to kill me, clearly not assistingand the advert is designed to be misleading which is against the rule:

• Misleading adverts are not allowed, making 3 lines of random trading advert then adding a subtle (pd raid) at the end is stupid. If a Staff ask you to remove it then please do so.
  
• DO NOT bind multiple different adverts to one message, you will be asked to change it. (Ex: raid/mug/heist/bank raid/kidnap)
  As I said I have told him multiple times that it is misleading but he has refused to change it so I have no choice to report him for it.

I mean. Does it really matter? Like if you see someone that adverts a pd raid and then some does pd raid/assist, can’t you assume that he means assist. Plus, regardless of weather he means raid or assist, wouldn’t it really mean the same thing?

If you advert pd raid/assist you don't know whether he is forming his own raiding party and is gonna kill you, or if he is planning to help you. You can't be sure. PD raiding while someone you're unaffiliated with is would be classified as being a separate raid party which is where Piklas' issue lies; He can't tell if Techno is going to help him or try to kill him.

Assist isn't a thing. People raiding a base are under no obligation to not kill other people trying to raid it.
