So i die. i walk back to ask whats going on cause that is what i do. note i didn't interfere i just went back to talk, and I'm not the only one doing this. but i go back to ask why and he kills me on sight. so i want him. then i get put in a sit, the noahmh said apologize, so i did. and then i said why isn't corp getting banned, then he banned me for a day for mass nlr and it says pls extend for noah 7d. note if i did get banned correctly i would like an explanation. We have a misguided tmod here. This ban is in fact not denied. You ultimately decided to ban him for the max amount of time you could. Tachanka, did you perhaps return to a raid, which caused you to break NLR? Did you look back in chat for the PD raid advert before you returned? He's already spent 2/7 days. Let's get this resolved, shall we? Noahmh Posted February 7, 2018 Share Posted February 7, 2018 OK so corp, well was being corp (i wuv u corp) and used his CC and used a potion of character, then changed his job to "Civil Projection" and raided PD. Then TACHANKA was killed and returned 3 times and killed corp in the end and ruined his raid. You know you should have called a staff for a sit instead of breaking NLR. No excuses for intentionally breaking the rules. In this case I'm -1 for lifting. That's not true : ) once an appeal is made, it is up to the staff team or a higher up to come to a consensus to decide if it's given wrongfully or rightfully. If an appeal is wrongly formatted, sure, do your job and deny. Otherwise, don't touch! If the appeal is so bad and hardly any effort nor evidence is given and it shows majority staff rating it negative, sure! Deny it but if you wrongfully do so don't expect there to be 0 consequence. (also SN: 3 people is not majority. If over time there's spreaded constant negative attention, sure.) Edit: allowing the banning staff the right to just deny gives them infinite power. Which we don't need, biased opinions r bad opinions. What went on? a few sentences doesn't give me much to go off of, nor does 1 screenshot, but if it's all you can provide that's fine.
