I logged on, messed around for like an hour or something like that. I was waiting for the mayor to die or leave. (I really fuckin hate it when people are mayor for long periods of time)(Whitelace-No offence) So I went into the room up the stairs of the pd and the mayor was just coming out and this judge gabe dude pulled a gun and started shooting at the mayor and the mayor killed him before gabe killed him. (He rdmed) So I being the dumbass I am, I pulled my gun out and killed the mayor then I ran for mayor and got it. Then about 10+ Minutes later the mayor I killed gets in a sit with griffen but Tork (The mayor I rdmed) All of the sudden died. Griffen got him back and it went on. Once I got into the sit griffen asked me what happend, I said. I rdmed him because his laws were shitty(My Oponion) And I was tired of waiting for him to die or leave. Then I tell him I did rdm him. And without any words said from griffen. Automatic 2 day ban. No words said. I do understand I rdmed him. But when I was on, I didnt get a single warn from a mod or admin. I was thinking it was gonna be like a warning or 1-3 hour ban but. Nope 2 days. I think griffen went a little to harsh. He didnt say anything after I admit to rdming Tork. I think he should have talked over the topic more and I dont even think he looked at the Death Logs. I dont really want to get unbanned. I do deserve some of that 2 days but it was my first sit since I got on. Who banned you? Maverick Posted February 3, 2018 Share Posted February 3, 2018 So the punishment for Intent RDM is a ban. The punishment is up to the mod and my punishment did not break any guidelines. You admit to intentionally RDMing him and you know what you did wrong. Why did I need to explain why it was wrong? I was banned for 2 days. I felt that was unprofessional and not needed and that you should have at least looked further into the issue. I caused no harm in that sit so I don't see why I was banned so fast? I mean, literally I was brought into a sit with the person I rdmed. Then I admit to him and then he mysteriously gets rdmed in a sit. Then you proceed to bring him back and do nothing about the rdming in a sit. Then you ban me right after that. You just assumed that I rdmed him. I believe you didn't even look at the death logs, I feel like when your brought into a sit. 1. The Mod-Admin should ask what happened. He cheaks the dealth logs. And then he makes out the punishment. You didnt even take a single second to ask what happend. Im starting to think I was in a wrongfully done sit. It's like if someone in court admits to a crime they don't keep on continuing on the court session. You intentionally rdmed a mayor because of "shitty laws", intentional rdm can be up to 3d I thought, depending on what jobs cause if it was someone killing a mayor just because they didn't like em it would be an instant ban. And I could have been falsely banned. I admitted to it because I thought I would get a shorter ban. If he did cheak the death logs. I want evidence. I don't think he did but if he didn't. I could have easily been falsely banned. But I wasn't, I'm I did rdm him. I feel like every mod-admin doing a rdm sit should be able to type in 6 letters to cheak the death logs. Otherwise you just didnt move your fingers to press 6 keys and you end up falsely banning someone for 2 days. And im sure that would be all over the complaint forums. I will admit to RDMING the mayor. Here's a select quote from our (public) punishments guidelines thread: If the player killed the person for no reason but to just kill them, a 3 day ban should be issued for "No Intention to RP" If you are not satisfied with your two day ban timer, we may modify it to the default timer at your request.
