I never see anyone base anymore. I only see shops, kidnappings or cops. Like no one ever bases anymore, basically no one uses processors or printers or anything. Raiding is basically gone unless you are raiding a shop or a kidnapping base. Like everywhere I go there are no bases anymore to raid. Just rdm arenas and everything else I said. Something has to be done about this, like I enjoy kidnapping but, what the heck happened.

I agree, the things I think made this happen are:

• Gang update release which made people go for xp rather than base
  
• Processor drops were nerfed by 25% when the selling shipments change happened
  
• Results from processors were diluted with all the m9k weapons that came
  
• People bandwagon really hard, if only a few people are basing chances are most people won't either
  

Basing with processors got nerfed pretty hard and doing xp is probably more fun for most people so that way people will prioritize xp over making money
