caleb Posted January 18, 2018 Share Posted January 18, 2018 Before I start my appeal, I'd like to mention I asked the staff member before being banned, to teleport us away from the street, (where he had the sit), and allow me to explain without 10 people yelling in my ear. I'd also like to mention, this is my first ban on the server, I've been playing since August of 2017, and I'm a proud player of the TitsRP community. The T-Moderator in this SITUATION (THE WEEBIEST WEEB) also banned the wrong steam ID when he was trying to ban me as-well. Leading to another ban (I don't know if that person has been un-banned or not). Your Steam Name: SilentkillerTM Your in-game name: DJ SwaVe (MOST OF THE TIME) or SilentkillerTM Your Steam Profile/SteamID: http://steamcommunity.com/id/calebclark/ and STEAM_0:0:38272466 Why were you banned?: I was banned for the reason of: "MASS RDM | FAILRP [EXTENDED FOR WEEB]." I was a bank manager, building my bank (auto bank) with my friend Panda Collision, who is more than happy to reply to this thread with his side of the story; when I had become fed-up with the constant annoying people yelling at me about my bank. I had switched jobs, and left. My friend (Panda) who owned the bank doors at the time, had about 10-20 people in his base/property and someone else had claimed the bank managing job and put a bank down. I also had my own cash in the bank, so when the bank was being raided (in the next line), I wanted to defend my cash in the bank as well. Then, out of the blue; a raiding party comes in and starts raiding the bank (without heisting) so I decide to defend my friend's property and kill about 3-4 of them (including the Trial-Moderator: Weeb), I died in the counter-raid and was teleported to a jail via ULX. I was then banned in the middle of street (which wasn't a good staff situation location, it also provoked a lot of players to get involved into the sit; provoking the staff member to BAN me permanently and yelling non-sense). After this ban (which I was okay with a one-day ban, because it's just a day), the ban-time was extended to 7 days/a week. My friends (AbstractTM, and Panda Collision), provoked the trial-moderator with questions like "Why did you ban him?" and "I owned the doors, it wasn't a raid, I own the bank." The trial-moderator replied with irrational comments like "lol." (EVIDENCE below). Why should you be unbanned?: I feel I had did nothing wrong, it was not a legit-ban. I have more than 200+ hours on this server, and I have invested countless hours and cash into the server for my CC. I enjoy the community and the "roleplay" experience. And by this, I mean the RDM and amazing community. Just kidding, but I do enjoy this server. Who banned you? The Weebiest Weeb [TRIAL MOD] as of 1/17/2018. Extended by a moderator or high (7 days). The Weeb and I had a chat and after coming to the conclusion and having our first actual talk he just ended it with making an appeal its the only professional way of doing so, he basically just got bored of the sit and did not want to deal with me because he was upset that Rigbe and I were throwing the facts on him. Rigbe, however, has his stance on this all too and with the lack of my physical evidence was not able to do anything since a staff member may not undo another staff members doings. If someone would like more info please feel free to respond or reply here and ill get back asap with my story etc. This ban was a nuisance and should be lifed. The staff dealing with the situation did not properly handle with it as he could not even here us as ther were 10-20 people like he said running, shooting, and yelling as well ass urging on with the ban when they werent aware of what was going on. I entered the bank when it was crowded just to wait to invest my money. I know i have seen some bank heisters in there as well, but what I did not see in the chat however, was an advert of "Bank Heist". If they were heisting, I would have heard the alert sound of the bank being raided, but I didn't, nor did I see any vault breaking crowbars held at the time. That would be considered FailRP as they would be illegally heisting the bank without adverting it. I stood in the bank and saw in the chat, an advert of "raid" called out by DJ Swave. The few seconds after that was a continuous spray of bullets shot by DJ at the door, mowing at least 4 people down. I noticed this and immediately jail him to prevent it and questioned him of what he was doing. Panda then said "I owned the doors, it wasn't a raid, I own the bank.", which I then told him that it wasn't the raid he was being punished for, it was the mass RDM that was happening in the bank which was public, and no bank heister was calling "Bank Heist" at the time. I can admit that I over-exxagerated when I put in FailRP in the ban and have said "You can't advert raid and rob the bank, you only can advert heist", but that doesnt change the fact that he killed 4 ppl in a public bank under a minute. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1272899317 A general picture of what the bank looks like. The bank wasn't public, my friend had owned the doors. Just because the bank is a physical "bank" (building), doesn't mean its automatically public, my friend owned the front doors, but I was just living there, providing the bank to the public at first, but then I quit my job, because you guys were bugging the **** out of me. I was also banned for "not adverting a bank heist" when that wasn't a bank anymore. The kid who put the bank down, wasn't even allowed in there. I was defending my friend's location (due to rando's coming in and about to use a vault breaking crowbar on the bank through the teller windows). So in my own defense, I didn't "mow" down 4 people for "no reason." Thanks for the reply though, I appreciate it. I also don't appreciate that you banned me without even talking for more than 30 seconds, and I wonder if you unbanned the guy you accidentally steamID banned. I'd also like to state that you jailed me very quickly and immediately had the intention to ban me, banning me within a minute of the initial jailing. I'd also like to state that I have nothing against you at the moment, but this has made me really doubt that. But everyone makes mistakes including me and we as humans have the ability to forgive, and I just hope you have the courtesy to see it from my perspective and understand that this is just a whole clusterf*** of nonsense. And left, coming back to DEFEND my friend's BASE. Wait was the bank was property of the heisters raiding it? Clearly not allowed in motd No, I wasn't, nor was any of our party members, a BANK heister. This is not at all what has been said. But thanks for the post.
