This is Not true at all! What REALLY happened was I was talking to my buddy Bigabc, and i said, "Hey, why not get a different model for the class?". He said alright, which one. I said I'll check, and i did. I honestly thought I saw a custom model called CHUCKY but i guess i was seeing things. I told him about it, he said okay, how much? i said it was 10 mil. At the time I had 6 mil, and i needed 4 mil more. not a lot, right? He can make at LEAST 10 mil in a day if he tries. So I got the money, went to the editor, and I couldn't find the skin I thought I saw, but instead I found a skin called Genji, for 10 mil. I thought, "Hey, I'll surprise him and say i got the Genji skin!" And, I did. After seeing the skin, he started to get very angry that I bought a different skin. To which i eventually replied, I bought the one that said chucky. A big mistake, and a worse lie. I felt like if I told him he would hate me, or something. But I didn't think about how this could end. He reported me for scamming a cc, which is TOTALLY false. I did not scam for a cc slot, I bought a skin my friend did not like, but partially paid for. There is no specific rule about this. There are rules about CC scamming, but this was NOT a scam. He willingly gave me the money, and i payed for it almost entirely. Case, and point. Why should you be unbanned?: I feel as if this is almost a completely false ban, that the plaintiff is blatantly wrong, and should read the rules. This ban is wrong, and I am very much willing to talk in person (not really, but with a voice chat thing) to work this out. Who banned you? Rias The Hot/Drunk Devil Posted January 19, 2018 Share Posted January 19, 2018 So i am the one who banned you (im jack) it first started with this guy saying you scammed him for a model so i checked everything out when i tried to bring you you weren't on the server so we waited a bit when you got on i got you both in a sit and got told you got paid for the CHUCKY model yet you bought GENGI in the sit you saod you tought gengi was chucky which the name of gengi model is pretty clear.while i was asking you questions about why you said the model wasnt the right one you disconnected again so i just went on and banned you. If it is indeed and misundertanding (you crashed or whetever) and want to pay back the guy it's a +1 has well the ban isnt against you personally it's due the the information i had and what happend before hand and in the sit both time we're gone and again i reread the post from your friend's poit of you he gave you 4 mill for CHUCKY but you bought GENGI thats why i went with CC scam. He (Bigabc) and I (Lightly Salted) have been friends for about 2 or 3 weeks I think, and he WILLINGLY gave me the money. I begged him for it and he eventually gave in and gave me the money. I think he kinda overreacted reporting me and un-friending me from everything, lol but he did give me the money. Friend to friend money exchange. NOT A "scam" If you make an agreement to give him something for his money and then you don't give it to him, that is a scam.
