Reasons why you are reporting: Admin Blacnova not only blatanly breaks our own server's rules on a regular basis, but also allows lower staff members to do so if it benefits them. The rules broken can be seen below via the youtube video link and include Blocking an NPC and building outside of a building on a sidewalk in the cinema alley with no one in the party as a Hobo which violates 2 written rules in the motd. I do not have anything against Blacnova, and was hesitant to report them because of how much support they have given me over the last year, but it would be equally as corrupt of me to let it slide. It should also be noted that I have witnessed Blacnova break rules before and didn't think to hit record at the times, whereas this time, I hit record as soon as I saw something suspicious. Also, There are an abundance of complaints about Blacnova, even from other Staff, and even from their fellow Admins. The Mod and Tmod involved should know better as well, but are learning bad lessons from this Admin who is meant to be their role model. Blacnova should definitely know better as a Veteran Admin that helped to write some of the rules. I don't care personally what the punishment is for any of them, but this should not be buried evidence.

We owned the base in the back, it is common practice to block off that alleyway when you own that back base. If you thought we were doing something wrong why didn't you just tell us instead of recording us and reporting it lol, I would've gladly tried to understand what you were saying and either explained or gotten rid of it.

I've actually said before that an alleyway is not a sidewalk, so the hobo rule has no relevance here.

He is blocking off the NPC which is not allowed + the alley is public property it doesn't go along with the base in the back he purchased it's a public alley sort of the same as a sidewalk. and also I can 2nd that he does this pretty often but a lot of people do it not just him so

idk why you're assuming I changed this rule for myself. This is actually the very first time that I've based back there with an alleyway. I actually changed it because of the fact that the terrorist rule is that they can only be on sidewalks while in terror, so someone tried to hide in an alleyway. I stated that alleyways are no longer considered sidewalks for that reason.

 

Also, if you're going to tell me a lot of staff = you (someone who I've demoted) and stephanie (someone who I've raided and blown up all his stuff), then idk what to tell you. If you're going to state in your argument that other staff don't like me, I will defend myself, that's not ego, that's self-consciousness.

Yes, Blacnova, I'm totally out to get you even though I didn't even want to make the report. Good fucking job making yourself look even more foolish. The only connection I have to Stephanie is that I trained them and extend their bans, and they didn't even want me to train them, so idk wwhat's making you think we are plotting against you. Not to mention I said OTHER ADMINS complain about you not tmods. you should know who that is since there are like 3 of you.

This is maybe your only plausible argument, but even then you still blocked an NPC for personal gain, so still not allowed. I would have held a sit with a regular user for this.

 

And if I cannot trust Admins to follow their own rules or even pass clear knowledge of rules to lower ranking staff what makes you think I'm gonna trust you to handle your own case?

Just wanna add 2 things

 

1. you said that was your first time basing there but I witnessed you base there on multiple occasions and had around 3 reports come in about it of people complaining you're blocking off the NPC 

 

and 2. you said I only reported you because you blew my stuff up but no, I reported you because you were loopholing your own rules, and that's why Sugar gave you a strike for it.
