In a sensible person´s eyes, this should not be seen as a demotable offense. Breaking it down it ends up to be moving someone out of a base with a building sign while they are raiding. Because yes, no matter what you think, Trespassing=Raid. Raiding with a building sign is against the rules. As I stated previously, I had no knowledge that the bank was down as I was in my steam overlay watching youtube not looking around the base. And in the few times I did look around, the bank was certainly not there, so he had only recently put it down. At most, this should be a strike since the bank was down, even though I had no knowledge of it, and even when ghost came over, he didnt say something like ¨hey the banks there with a building sign¨ he instead trespassed into the base, I then moved him with my physgun, then he came back and continued to pester me, eventually saying ¨thanks for the screens¨ and running off. Now he did say something about the raidables, but like I said, the chat was being flooded and was going by fast when he did say it so I had not seen it as my resolution only shows 2 or 3 messages at a time in chat. In no way was me using my moderator powers abuse, as ghost was breaking a rule by trespassing into a building base, I was removing him from the base to stop a rule being broken. 

All in all, this should not be a demotion because I was using my moderator powers to stop someone from breaking a rule.

I am watching the video evidence. Opening a door is not raiding. No matter what you think, trespassing = raiding, standing outside of a base is not raiding. Why were you throwing people across the map that were standing outside of the base? You were ASKED this question and you made the choice not to respond.

I agree with diagonal, it shouldn’t be a complete demotion. I think maybe just a strike or demotion to tmod, we all slip up and get lazy sometimes, he was just unlucky and got caught

No, I only moved people away when they walked in the base

We can observe you moving him away when he does not enter the base, but is looking at you and trying to talk to you.

But you’re able to admit that you take the easiest route sometimes? Just like everyone else does.

I personally do not take easy way out when it comes to staff, I act professionally and work hard because i'm dedicated to my commitment to the server when I signed up for staff, but I do agree that everyone's guilty at some point of getting lazy and taking the easy way out, especially more worn out and older staff members on the server. So yes, I don't entirely think you deserve a punishment however it shouldn't go unnoticed because you should be able to control yourself a little better.
