Reasons why you are reporting: I was countering a raid on my base and when I killed both raiders and went back to farm metal Lil bear walks up to me and kills me, claiming he was raiding when its in another district completely and not my base. One could argue he was killing me to counter me killing his gangmates but the rule :DO NOT "counter" someone if a friend/teammate was already killed by someone. It only applies when they're being attacked. would imply that this is indeed intentional rdm. Lil bear was previously banned for warn threshold and comes back to do this. LSD still said it was a raid after i provided rule, that it was in a different area of the map and that he can't just kill me because someone in his party tells him to do it and when I say the sit isn't helping and that I will be making a forum report instead LSD pm's me this. IMO this is blatant rdm because of salt that i killed party members and bias from LSD due to being apart of the raid/gang

When starting a raid, be close to the place you're raiding. Sitting away from the house shooting people while they are coming out is not allowed.

DO NOT counter actions before getting involved. For example,asking a kidnapper to release your friend otherwise you might counter the action

I will give him a chance to offer alternate explanation. Unless something very interesting happened before the video started, I will ban him. He didn't even walk in the DIRECTION your base was in after killing you.

I was looking at the raiders for a while to make sure they didn't have backup coming and then killed them. 99% sure lil bear only came because i killed his gangmembers and countered after the fact

Piklas, I could not even make a proper sit with you, you were like making the report and I brought both of you after that you both started to argue. Then when I finally wanted to say something you asked me to show you some timestamps out of the logs, I did that and wanted to say something after that, then you just started saying something like "fuck this I'ma just make a forum report" I was like, okay if he does not want a proper sit it's not my problem. I may have said that it was a raid because I did not really know the whole situation,  I wasn't there when Lil Bear did it. Still tho, before I could actually say something about the situation you told me to return you.

Well first of all that, even if you may not trust me because you may think im biased. Yes, he was part of the Raid ima be honest with you tho, North Bear was the one who fucked up, we were waiting for Lil Bear because he couldnt find us and North Bear just started the Raid. Well, i mean it's maybe a bit unfair to you because you did not excpect him to come but eh.. well yeah.

Yes, he was part of the Raid

 

• Was not near the base at any point during the raid
  
• You can see Piklas turn and look down the street, he is nowhere to be found. He wasn't even in eyeshot of the base until after the raid had ended.
  
• Killed him in a different district than his base is in with walls inbetween, no way he could've been confused for watching his base for raiders
  
• Ran away to a different part of the map after killing him

Piklas, LSD is not obligated to hear you out in OOC, you weren’t in a sit at that point. I’m with LSD on this one. Clearly it was RDM but I don’t see LSD at fault. If you whined and then told him the sit was over and told him to return you when you called for the sit, the sits over at that point you are at fault for your temper.
