Chickenkeeper
The argument to the block is that the money pot can be hacked and destroyed, When I think of the block npc rule I think of someone blocking the ally or basing around an npc but when it comes to something that can be destroyed such as the money pot I think the rule does not apply. Stephanie
Chicken there's ways to make the moneypot untouchable look at some of the other threads about this you can make it untouchable by staff and players
Chickenkeeper
If that's the case than that is blocking the npc but if it is just a regular money pot It seems to be just a cuck kind of move

Yeah good point, except the fact that it can't be destroyed until the next reset if the player logs out, even staff can't remove it. Whoever came up with the rule "it's okay since you can hack it" is misinformed and you should not listen to them.
TrippinTriz | kickback.com
I can see where all of this confusion comes from, as there was no official decision on what would happen if people did this.
Rubik
All discussion aside I'm going to lead towards a -1 unban based on the fact that this had to be patched because it was screwing up roleplay so bad. Sometimes the rules are not perfectly laid out for you but that's when common sense comes into play. Ask yourself "is my personal gain at the expense of someone else or did I actually earn this by grinding like everyone else?" or "does this promote proper RP or will this cause conflict and staff to get involved?" samma
Propblock is propblock even if you can use a tool to remove the prop. You can blowtorch any normal prop, but blocking off an area with a big ass fence for no reason is still propblock. -1 for unban, placing a money pot in a specific area to ensure that literally no one can use the NPC it's blocking is very obviously an exploit, and very obviously blocking the NPC. The ban should stay, both of those things are in the MOTD.
Mr. Peanut Butter
I think its safe to say this is Denied, since any argument that it could be allowed or does not have an official decision on the matter is now obselete with the update that makes it physically impossible to do this exploit. But Santa told me to be nice, so Accepted. Behave, or I'll bite you.
